This is really a gem, the kind of old world, exposed brick walls, fabulous food type place I'd expect in Mayfair (London) or Greenwich Village (NYC). When in Pittsfield this is a must see, feel, and taste.

Nice Italian. Charming space. Delicious antipasti (bresola) and scrumptious pasta and main courses. Negroni and Aperol Spritz were perfect too.

I have been many times and this is truly a remarkable and authentic Italian restaurant. The quality of ingredients never disappoints and the service is second to none. If I am not mistaken, the owner and staff go to Italy to select the wine. Highly recommended for couples, families or solo guests.

I go to Italian restaurants pretty often, so know what to compare to. The food served to us today was plain horrible. “Pork tenderloin” is a piece of dry overcooked meat that I could buy in a deli around the corner for $7. Everything else is no better. I honestly could cook it better myself and I don’t cook at all. Love one of the comments here saying it must be a prank or something. Pretty accurate. We didn’t say anything cause the waitress was very nice, but we didn’t eat even a half. The place itself looks nice but please hire anyone who can actually cook, cause this was a joke.

Terrible restaurant! Low quality food! They have made one tomato sauce and they put in each dish. Do not waste your money and time.

The bread was wonderful and filling to ravioli but rest of meal lacked flavor. For what you are paying for, please add seasoning. Ravioli filling wonderful, pasta was chewy and the sauce was whole cloves of garlic, so much oil and like the chef open a can of diced tomatoes - cooked quick. The oil was so hot, it burned your mouth as eating ravioli. Had to ask for salt to flavor. The oil ran down my silverware. This wasn't the Christmas date meal I wanted with my husband. His eggplant landed like lead. Please don't put down good money for this. The caprese was a hunk of homemade tasteless mozzarella over unripened tomato with basil leaves and olive oil. We asked for pepper but that didn't help. Wait staff wonderful!Ps- don't go on a chilly night. The door opens and the heat goes.

Atmosphere is nice. Eggplant is great. Wasn't too taken with the pork osso buco. A little disappointed in the menu choices.

We were a table of 4 celebrating a birthday. Most everything was a delight, start to finish. Our waiter was a seasoned pro who answered all of our question in a professional and friendly manner. He helped all of us make menu decisions. The food seemed truly Italian as opposed to Italian American, so that extra advice helped a lot. The B-day boy ordered anchovies over sautéed red peppers, fresh greens over exquisite deli meats, and the veggie platter. We all helped ourselves and loved each bite. For entrees one ordered the veal chop which was exquisite, one got a dish adjacent to the gnocchi but was mediocre, and I got the calamari entree as a main dish which turned out to be rubbery and devoid of flavor. While paying the bill I informed the waiter that he was very good at his job. He seemed flattered and mentioned that he genuinely loved waiting tables. I smiled at him and said, "I'm so glad to hear that!" Truly, he was the star of the night, along with the arugula accompanying the super flavorful deli slices and anchovies atop red peppers.

Classically delicious food. Very warm atmosphere with gracious, attentive service. Well made cocktails. The house chianti is perfect accompaniment to our dishes. Look no further for fine Italian dishes.

Very charming looking , legit Italian restaurant in back of the Main Street in Pittsfield. The food was somewhat disappointing… kind of bland and quite expensive. Probably would not go back but the service was very good.
