I have been going to this place for years and while some places get worse and better over time, vivaldis has always been consistent,even with staff changes.i can honestly say I have never been disappointed with a single order.

I had an amazing experience at Vivaldi’s Pizza! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Megan. She recommended the Chicken Caesar Salad, and I’m so glad I took her suggestion! Out school shopping and happened to give this place a try late yesterday night before heading back home and I'm beyond glad we did! The pizza was a healthy change from the normal GOOD we get other places, no, this was EXCELLENT!!! Not only was it excellent, but it was in the top tier for Pizza IMO, and I'm a pizza connoisseur! The staff were very nice, the restaurant clean, neat and beautiful. 11/10 ... Yes that good! Had it had just a touch more sauce it probably would've blown my mind 🧠 and been my new #1 favorite pizza. It was close! The dough is perfection! The Cook with the little char, absolutely perfect 👌🏻 Ingredients are quality you can taste! Idk what it is, maybe it's like a wild Sicilian Oregano, or some herb they used in the sauce that hit 🎯 perfect, whatever it was, just a tad more of that and a tad more sauce all together on a 24 cut and BOOM! BEST Pizza in the Northeast IMO. Very rarely have I come across a pie that's family size and carries the characteristics of a circle pie but this one has it right! Almost like the infamous Orange Slices.. this pie is great. Kudos. 🙌🏻

I used to go to the Pittsfield location regularly, but I feel like maybe the ingredients have changed bc the pizza is not nearly as good as it was a year ago. The service is always good though.

The last 3 deliveries have been horrible. The latest.... 1 hour and 12 minutes for delivery. Had specific instructions to leave in green bag on porch. (Note attached as well) Driver still called. Told him TO LEAVE IN BAG. He left it on the side of the bag. Food was cold and chewey. Can no longer recommend.

Vivaldi’s Pizzeria is a hidden gem of comfort, flavor, and atmosphere. Tucked into a convenient location, the space is cool and calm—dark in a cozy way, but warmly lit, spacious, and relaxed. It strikes that perfect balance between casual and delicious, and the food consistently hits the spot.
While Vivaldi’s offers a nice variety of menu options, we keep coming back for the pizza. It’s just that good—flavorful, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The ingredients are high quality, the prices are more than fair, and the service? Excellent. The staff are efficient, kind, observant, and attentive without being overbearing. Every time we come in, we feel seen and respected.
It’s the kind of place you want to go after a long day—when you need to decompress, unwind, and just dig into something warm and nourishing. Even the bathrooms down the corridor are a pleasant surprise: clean, fresh-smelling, and lined with a quiet history of Vivaldi’s that makes you feel part of something meaningful, even if you’re not quite sure what. There's a feeling of family and nostalgia in the air.

Got Potty sized pizza, it was burnt. And hardly any cheese on the pizza very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

We love coming to Pittsfield from NYC. We come a few times a year to relax. We wanted some good Italian food and we came to Vivaldi’s. The food was great but the lady behind the counter was very nasty and rude. We have 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids so we decided to eat there and it was like everything was asked she was nasty. I wanted to yell but I’m trying to enjoy my vacation. Another review wrote the same thing. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. She didn’t ask if we are good or nothing. She was nasty and because of her, I rather not even eat there. Hire people that care. If they hire someone like this then it makes me feel that the owner doesn’t care either. I’ll think twice before coming again.
