Vivaldi’s Pizzeria is a hidden gem of comfort, flavor, and atmosphere. Tucked into a convenient location, the space is cool and calm—dark in a cozy way, but warmly lit, spacious, and relaxed. It strikes that perfect balance between casual and delicious, and the food consistently hits the spot.
While Vivaldi’s offers a nice variety of menu options, we keep coming back for the pizza. It’s just that good—flavorful, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The ingredients are high quality, the prices are more than fair, and the service? Excellent. The staff are efficient, kind, observant, and attentive without being overbearing. Every time we come in, we feel seen and respected.
It’s the kind of place you want to go after a long day—when you need to decompress, unwind, and just dig into something warm and nourishing. Even the bathrooms down the corridor are a pleasant surprise: clean, fresh-smelling, and lined with a quiet history of Vivaldi’s that makes you feel part of something meaningful, even if you’re not quite sure what. There's a feeling of family and nostalgia in the air.

Got Potty sized pizza, it was burnt. And hardly any cheese on the pizza very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

We love coming to Pittsfield from NYC. We come a few times a year to relax. We wanted some good Italian food and we came to Vivaldi’s. The food was great but the lady behind the counter was very nasty and rude. We have 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids so we decided to eat there and it was like everything was asked she was nasty. I wanted to yell but I’m trying to enjoy my vacation. Another review wrote the same thing. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. She didn’t ask if we are good or nothing. She was nasty and because of her, I rather not even eat there. Hire people that care. If they hire someone like this then it makes me feel that the owner doesn’t care either. I’ll think twice before coming again.

Overall I would say this is some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life, however my one problem with this place is the price, but 99.9% of the time the price is worth it

We do takeout or use their delivery. Delivery is fast. Tonight, we picked up an antipasto, a cheese and steak grinder, a special pizza, and chicken tenders and fries.The order was ready for pickup when they said, and the food was still hot after a 10 minute drive home. They do not skimp on ingredients and you can tell that the food is fresh. The food is also assembled with care; you can tell when you unwrap it at home. Vivaldis has become out default restaurant .
My family love the food here. Unfortunately I can't eat here because of my gluten allergy so I hope they will put a gluten free option on the menu some day so I can try it.

I'm unsure if people are rating this place as a whole I will give it the place this it is well kept and very clean and open service was relatively fast but that's it the food on the other hand is blah one step away from the store brand frozen pizza no flavor even with toppings and it has some type of weird slimy feeling when you eat it that is hard to describe and pretty expensive for what you get today was one slice pizza with one topping a kids spaghetti with butter and two sodas and it was over $20 in no way am Ibad mouthing this place but go across the street to Pizza Hut get something that tastes like what you ordered

My wife and I have been there numerous times and not a single complaint. Very friendly service, and I've loved every kind of pizza we've gotten.
Parking: Vivaldi's is in a plaza, so there's plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid appropriate meals available. We've seen families there enjoying the pizza.
