We love coming to Pittsfield from NYC. We come a few times a year to relax. We wanted some good Italian food and we came to Vivaldi’s. The food was great but the lady behind the counter was very nasty and rude. We have 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids so we decided to eat there and it was like everything was asked she was nasty. We do takeout or use their delivery. Delivery is fast. Tonight, we picked up an antipasto, a cheese and steak grinder, a special pizza, and chicken tenders and fries.The order was ready for pickup when they said, and the food was still hot after a 10 minute drive home.\n\nThey do not skimp on ingredients and you can tell that the food is fresh. The food is also assembled with care; you can tell when you unwrap it at home.\n\nVivaldis has become out default restaurant .
