The woman of the night doesn't want to work. Several times we went to look for the orders online and left without success. I think it disconnects the ordering system. I understand that there is a lack of personnel. Sad with the owners and clientele.

Place is a joke, don't bother goin there... door will be locked and u will have to try to beg at drive thru for your online order, doors are always locked but they don't ever tell you that when you order online. This place is sad now... wish there was a way to contact owner? #deadbeat

Indoor tempature was less than 60 degrees. We froze to death trying to eat. The man's urinal is below knee hight with no privacy. Floors were greasy and slippery. Worst place ever

Me and my friends had a medium size order. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and no mayonnaise. We payed for the full order. They gave us the bag and the sandwich was made wrong and there was a missing fry and a burger. We went back around the drive through and explain want was wrong. They lady at the second window asked what was wrong with the food and said everything was put it in the bag. We showed her the missing food and the messed up chicken sandwich. She snatched the burger out of my friends hand and aggressively threw it in the garbage.

HANDS DOWN WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! The person taking order was BEYOND RUDE! I told her I was going to be using APP she goes “ just give me your order” o said let me look, she goes “HELLO, YOUR ORDER”, I told her AGAIN “ I’m looking “! She goes “ you don’t know what you want?” At this point I should have left! Then I get my order she has dirty clothes/jacket not work dirty! That hoodie has not been washed!!! Then I get it tear a piece off and my breakfast sandwich is cold and has green piece of something on it! NOPE I WOULD STARVE BEFORE EVER RETURNING TO THAT RESTAURANT!! Sad I love WENDYS SND THIS IS THE WORST!!!

Pittsfield: My party of three was ignored for 10 minutes and there was no.one else in line, I had two disabled people with me one in a wheelchair. I left because were obviously invisible. I warned people in the parking lot not to waste their time. I would have said don’t waste your money, but they probably won’t get a chance to spend any.
