Security needs to be more proactive on the treatment of the machines. I went to a machine the other day which I always visit and the play button had shattered glass all around it where someone had been beating it there is no reason for people to come in and beat the hell out of the machines you're not going to win people any much more than if you were gentle with them if someone is speeding on a machine and I am there I have to leave because it irritates me so badly just my thoughts...read full review
After dozens of visits to Plainridge Park Casino with no issues whatsoever, tonight I had a frustrating and humiliating encounter with their security staff.
I was sitting next to my mom, and we were both playing slot machines. I’m blind, so I use my phone to zoom in on the screen to see how much money I have left in credits. I’ve done this every single time I’ve come here—never once had a problem.
