Stopped into Sip 1620 with some friends and had an excellent time. The vibe was welcoming, and the drinks (Allagash Whites for me) were perfect. What really stood out, though, was the service.
Our waitress, Sarah, was outstanding — very easy to communicate with, attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and genuinely made the evening more enjoyable. She kept everything running smoothly, and when she surprised the table with a bottle of wine for a birthday, it felt like such a thoughtful touch — the perfect cherry on top of an already great experience.
Overall, fantastic service, great drinks, and a spot I’ll absolutely be coming back to.

We wish we had found Sip earlier in the summer. Such a great experience with amazing food. Our server, Sara, was excellent and made our experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The food and drinks were fantastic. Cannot recommend Sip more highly.

I had such an amazing meal and incredible service that I haven’t stopped talking about it. Our server, Sara, was amazing and so helpful. We had a 5 wine flight and she chose the wines for us… which were all amazing. We actually ordered two bottles to take home. The food was spectacular and the chef is one of the few in town who truly understands how to perfectly cook shrimp, not overcooked and rubbery, but perfectly tender and snappy. Absolutely mouth watering. Thank you so much for a fabulous afternoon.

I did really love this place before I had a baby. We came here with our 3 month old (12 weeks old!) during the day and they said we couldn’t come in because our child was under 21 years old, LOL! How bizarre haha, I could understand if it was an older 16-20 year old kid with parents, but I don’t know, it was weird and turned me off from this place which I don’t think any one under 21 would have an interest of going there anyway, Just to be aware!

Darcy was an incredible bar tender for us, so accommodating and gave us an ear to ear smile the whole time. The food was prepared wonderfully, the local wine, and the atmosphere was a perfect vibe for my fiancé and myself. P.S. the sushi is SO GOOD!! ☺️
Stopped in after our wedding venue tour of 1620 winery. Food was amazing and Darcy (the bartender) was so welcoming and attentive! I highly recommend the sushi if you visit on a Sunday!

The sushi at Sip is $5 less expensive than other restaurants in the area and you get at least 4 more pieces than most restaurants serve. The Plymouth Roll is amazing! Darcy was an outstanding server.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect but then I got the Smoked Old Fashioned (I know not wine) and it was the best alcoholic beverage I have ever had! Please note I do not drink alcohol often, but I could have this multiple times a day if I could. It was that good. Then the food came. We got a small Charcuterie board (easily fed the four of us), margarita pizza, meatballs and sweet street corn “ribs.” The meatballs were delicious and could rival anything from The North End (seriously) but the surprise was the corn! Dear Lord!! Take me home now I have had deliciousness and I need more! The pizza I didn’t eat but my wife and two friends did and they really liked it.
