They had the most amazing pan seared scallops and lobster risotto. I will definitely be returning when I come back to the cape.

We had a mix, some plates were very good and others not at all. Very busy place on a Friday night but service was not too bad.

One of my favorite restaurants, hands-down. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. The service is always great, and they have great drinks. I love the outside, dining and outside bar.

For local ambiance and well-prepared seafood, head to 42° North. Great dishes (and you need a good appetite as the portions are quite generous) are the Atlantic Cioppino, with a really well made tomato broth and variety of shellfish and fish, and the Barcelonan Seafood Paella, also with a rich tomato sauce. They could have better wines and also they lack draft beers and ales, which is the reason I only give them a "4" rating. Go for the food, not the dinner beverages! And, oh, the melted chocolate cake dessert we shared amongst 4 of us - it's also plenty big.

The food was absolutely amazing. We got takeout since I was not feeling good. I didn't even eat my food until the next morning and it was still phenomenal even heated up in a microwave. We will return!

Recently ordered the braised short-ribs with mashed potatoes. Cold blustery day with snow furries - comfort food required. I ordered short-ribs but was served chunks of chuck roast. Sure it was braised, but it's a different cut of meat. It's a bait & switch some restaurants are attempting to pull off. Short ribs ALWAYS come on the bone. Dead give away that 42 degrees is serving lower cost chuck meat. No problem - I will not be returning.

All the reviews about this place were right on target. Servings are generous, nice variety of entrees and the staff is extremely gregarious. My husband chose a queen cut prime rib and it could easily have passed for a competitors regular cut. My chicken dish was served with an al dente pasta which is just the way I like it. We will definitely be back when we are in the neighborhood.

Had pan seared scallops over parmigian risotto with spinach and it was absolutely delicious. It was a lunch special but it should DEFINITELY make its way to the regular menu. !!

Fish and chips not listed on menu but served if asked. The meal was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive. A little on the pricey side. 15$ Margarita is a little steep. Great meal overallWheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp for wheelchair

The food was very good and the portions were generous. Our server was really friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean with a nice bar. I would highly recommend it if you enjoy seafood, but I took off a star because of the bill % added "administrative" charge. I understand general costs have increased, but their dinners are already quite pricey ($18 appetizers, $25+ dinners, etc.)
