I just moved to Plymouth and was looking for a good place for take out, a friend recommended this place and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I got the Chicken Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon and they were delicious. I called in my order and my food was hot and ready when I got there. Kam was super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!! I will definitely be coming back soon!

I truly hate, leaving bad reviews and usually if I have a bad experience, I just don’t leave a review at all, but there were so many good reviews, but I thought this place had to be great. I ordered hot basil, fried rice with tofu and vegetables and pineapple fried rice with chicken. What I got was bland overcooked rice with vegetables and tofu and basil fried rice with chicken so I called to ask if I could swap it out and was told that’s what I ordered Too bad. I’ll probably give it another shot because I’m an eternal optimist and hopefully this was just one bad night, but it was fairly awful And bad food with bad service isn’t a great combination

I called trying to place an order the man over the phone then tells me they don’t have what is clearly stated in the website, (General Tso) tells me that “it’s Tai food” and hangs up the phone.

Kam served shortly a perfectly spicy Penang curry for my boyfriend, and a yummy vegetarian noodle stir fry with veggies and crispy tofu for me.
The place does have a few small tables and we gladly took the option to sit down and dig in.

A hidden gem in the Village of Cedarville in the Town of Plymouth! Kam has delivered on both his food and the restaurant’s atmosphere at an OUTSTANDING level! From the appetizers such as garlic noodles, scallion pancake, crab rangoon, gyoza (just to name a few) to my FAVORITE main dishes (shrimp and chicken Pad Thai), Asian Essence is THE PLACE TO GO! OUTSTANDING job, Kam! I would give 10 ⭐️ out of 10 ⭐️ if Google allowed! 🤙
