Way too expensive tor what you get ! I like supporting local but I can’t afford to be taken advantage of by local folks and it’s not just this little place that does it here . This is the only tourist area I’ve ever lived that treated locals like the tourists

I got really sick after eating here. Puked all night. My friend got the runs. I told them about my experience and they were incapable of the realization that they had contaminated food. I notified the board of health.

on 02/16/24 I ordered dinner to go something was spilled on top of the cover of the food inside the bag, I ate the food anyway. Soon after I had a vicious stomach ache. the food made me very sick. this business is a one man show. The manager is unsympathetic, I wouldn't recommend eating here. You eat at "Asian Essence" at your own risk

I eat at Asian Essence often. The Chicken Fried rice is very very good. Love their Crab Rangoon. The food is fresh and tasty. Kam is polite and kind at all times.

I really tried to like this place because I love to support small family owned businesses. The first time I ordered here I was told 45 minutes for one order of stir fried cashew nut chicken. I told the owner I could not wait that long. He said his family went home because they were slow.... But now he is super busy but would do it in 20 min. He also warned me that it was spicy....what i got had no sauce at all on it. He must have tried to rush by boiling instead of stir fry because the chicken was white. completely flavorless. Another time I ordered fried pork dumplings that tasted like old burnt grease Never again
