Janel was an amazing hostess. She checked on us several times to make sure we were all set. I had the first ever breakfast pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I would have added a picture but I couldn't help myself. Great job Bertuccis staff!!

Staff was very nice, order was easy online. Just got a pepperoni pizza and picked up right when ready. Pizza was cold, not cooked nor cut. Very disappointing, was just looking for a quick meal for the kids to eat before going out. Won’t order again. Very nice staff though!

We were there to celebrate my young daughters birthday. Ordered a kids mushroom pizza and a large cheese pizza. The large cheese was absolutely burned. The cheese was dark brown/black in spots. We told the waitress whom was clearing embarrassed at how burned the pizza was. It was clearly inedible. She told the manager who took it off the bill but we were still left with nothing to eat after waiting 45 mins for a charred cheese pizza? What a waste of time.

We were in town for work and just decided to walk across the parking lot to this restaurant. I didn’t realize it was a chain, but we still have it a chance. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about but the portions were large. What I really want to call out is the absolutely incredible service we received from Janel. She was the only server and was holding it down like a rockstar! There were several tables and she managed to juggle all of us while getting every order correct and checking on us and maintaining a smile and a welcoming presence! Honestly, I might have walked out if I were in her shoes, but she was incredible and so gracious to us. Y’all need to give this woman a raise because she is a rockstar and an amazing asset to your establishment. Janel, thank you for making us smile!
