Unfortunately Bertuccis will never have my service again. 50$ wasted here. 25$ for the worst chicken parmesan I’ve ever had in my life I barely touched it. A SMALL pizza was 18$ and it was even worse like a child made it. On top of it our waiter was very short with us and had an overall negative demeanor. I should have noticed when we were basically the only ones in the restaurant that it was a bad idea. I do not recommend ?

never come here. we got two large pizzas, two mozzarella sticks and some meatballs. over $100. the mozzarella sticks that cost $15.99 were three, thin flat pieces of mozzarella. no marinara or anything. they didn't ask us what size we wanted or offer a receipt or anything. huge rip off

This was one of the best meals I’ve had at Bertucci’s. David and Suzette made a busy rainy Saturday look like a walk in the park. I’m a long time fan of Bertucci’s and the food and especially the service was fabulous!

Went for lunch with my very Italian fiancé and we were impressed! David was friendly and when I asked for a recommendation he went into great detail between my two choice to make it easier. I was not disappointed. It was roughly $60 for the both of us (which isn’t bad in today’s world). The service and food was good enough that we left a 40% tip, left full and satisfied and will be back in the future.
Went for the first time today. Been wanting to go for years. Sorry to say I was very disappointed. Got the small pepperoni pizza the special 19.99 it was missing pepperoni, and the waitress was unpleasant and had to come back and ask our order . That was one pizza and did the same to table next to us. Overall it was tasty but not x roni and not worth the price for a 11inch pizza. Bucket list checked.ty 90 dallor lost

My SO declared, "This is the best Bertucci's we've been to." The pizzas were cooked to perfection with a crisp crust. The Caesar salad was crunchy with a zesty, creamy dressing. We all agreed Isaiah was an excellent server. He brought warm rolls, olive oil, and butter immediately and the kids dug right in. He was patient while the family decided among the many toppings. We finally chose mushroom, eggplant, and artichokes on one and a combination of Sporkie and meatball on the other. The girls were impressed that Isaiah carried both large pizzas at the same time. He checked back several times to see if we needed more rolls, water, or napkins. Eating out with three young children can be unpredictable; we had a fun evening thanks to the casual atmosphere and friendly, attentive service.

I have always loved Bertucci’s pizza, but I feel like their Pizza is not the same. The crust is super thin, very little cheese and very little sauce. It almost feels like they are skimping on the portions to save $$. I hope it was just a bad night for the kitchen but I would say this was my experience the last time as well. I will give them one more shot I’m sure, and hope it was just bad luck, but I fear they have changed their ways to be more cost efficient. Service was kind, quick, and friendly, but we never got any rolls which was another bummer ?♂️
