I ordered a lightly cooked pizza.. was black on crust and bottom. Not the first time!Your pizza is a disappointment given you closed the Bistro to make the Lantern a pizza place.

Rating this a one star as I ordered the seafood casserole the other night and it was poorly made. The chef failed to remove the bones in the salmon which made every bite unpleasant.

Not very impressed. I got fisherman's platter about $35
I make it better at home would recommend the Shanty. My fish had soo much yellowy soft batter, the scallops not very good, the fries and scrimp were great. The hubby got a burger he said it was good. We tipped the waitress $40. To make it an even $100.
Maybe I should have tried the pizza

The owner and staff were great! Extremely professional and courteous. Beautiful establishment..Food was absolutely delicious!! Our calamari was on point along with our entrées. This was my first time eating here and I definitely will be returning. I Highly recommend eating here! Or having a drink at their spacious bar or while you're sitting in front of their indoor fireplace...

Was out of town and needed a bar and a burger. It was a rainy night and I actually got lost and frustrated on my way there. When I got there it was busy and loud. I was actually anxious about anything coming out right or being served promptly. The service, food, product and overall experience was superb. Renee was an attentive bartender who made my Negroni perfectly. Despite the loud volume of the atmosphere, she took my order perfectly and the dinner was perfect. I was never left wanting for anything once I was ensconced at the bar. During the experience I noticed the performer providing music was actually quite good. Ozzie Osbourne had just passed away and she was playing “Mama I’m coming home” and I was endeared by this. The rest of her performance matched the overall quality of the experience which was phenomenal. I feel like I found a hidden gem of southeastern Massachusetts in the Black Lantern Tavern.

Great atmosphere, food was delicious and the drinks were on point. Will definitely be back.

We ordered the caprese sandwich with grilled chicken on sourdough, fried chicken sandwich and the roast beef in focaccia. Onion rings, fries and sweet potato fries all cooked perfectly.

In order from here a lot. Usually the service is great but lately it has been going down lately. I’ve order online ad the orders havnt been ready when they say and they have been made incorrectly. I hope that they are able to sort out these issues.

Went here on during lunch on a Tuesday. Only three tables and two people at the bar. Clearly not busy. The waitress was lovely, our food was prompt and tasty.

Unfortunately, whoever was in charge of the music refused to turn it down when requested. We did see our waitress talk to the bartender, and the bartender shook their head. We don't know if this interaction was our server advocating for us and being refused. Maybe the bartender isn't allowed to change it either. Clearly someone is in charge of the music and customers are expected to tolerate what management wants. We ended up getting our meals to go and eating in our car before the food got cold.

I understand loud music helps with table turnover, but once again this was a Tuesday afternoon. Plenty of open tables. Being directly under a speaker with pop country blaring down at you is frustrating when you're trying to have a conversation. Maybe lyric heavy music with a lot yelling is better suited for a Friday night scene?

Had a great Fajita bowl for lunch. My grandson's pizza was really greasy with way too much cheese. At least blot out the grease. They need to pay more attention to food quality now that Trails End bistro is closed. Make lunch more special.

I am disappointed that Trails End is no longer available, as I appreciated the atmosphere. Furthermore, I believe the pizza has undergone a change, as it lacked flavor, appeared greasier, and did not taste as good at Black Lantern Tavern.

I normally don't complain I just don't go back but I have to say this has been the 3rd time I got the incorrect order from asking for a medium well buger to getting a charcoal burger and over cooked fries. Today I asked for a totally different burger and got nothing that should have been on it just a hamburger with lettuce and tomato. I hate spending so much and getting not even close to what I wanted.

If your getting anything from here make sure to check your food for leaving. Huge disappointment.
