From the outside, it looked a bit like a dive bar, a place that serves up indifferent shots and industrial beers. But inside is a different story entirely. Sleek and friendly atmosphere, super attentive staff, and wildly creative modern cocktails along with fun and playful food, Unpretentious vibe, perfect for date night or hanging with friends. Our group of seven took over the sprawling communal space in the back and everyone raved about the cocktails but went truly wild for the desserts.

We went to Brewster Bar tonight. It was great! Definitely recommend.
Located across the street from the new Anejo Mexican restaurant, Brewster Bar is a warm and decorative bar with so many bottles on the wall.
It was a great night weather wise to go and have some dinner in the outside patio. People watching and taking in downtown Plymouth while having dinner is something I haven’t done for a while.
Even tho there were only two people working, the service was great.
The food was so good too. Don’t think I’ve had a Caesar salad that great in a while either.

They have a ton of liquor on hand, so there's definitely something for everyone! They even have a few mocktails. The staff are very friendly & attentive. The food is good! Will definitely be back.

Brewster Bar has quickly become one of my favorite places in Plymouth. This is a true local’s spot. The owners and staff are especially nice and they make amazing cocktails!!!
Dietary restrictions: The staff paid extra attention to being sure that no gluten was in a dish I wanted to order.

A great addition to the Plymouth bar scene. In short time Brewster has become a neighborhood mainstay pumping out not only great cocktails but awesome food. Staff are so well versed on mixology and all things spirits, but also just great conversationalists. The owners have curated a vast and impressive stock of libations that you’d be hard pressed to find at neighboring establishments…doesn’t hurt that they are great guys on all accounts.
p.s. do yourselves a favor and order Moriah’s new tequila cocktail with house made grenadine

Only place in Plymouth serving food after 10pm! Brand new after hours menu- met the GM who was super friendly, helpful and attentive and personally served our table. Food and drinks were great, presentation for both visually appealing (great for social media) and tasted as good as it looked. Bar is open late and music/atmosphere/vibe is upbeat. Bathrooms were clean with some neat rock wall aesthetic. I will definitely be back!

This was a nice place. Great atmosphere and I enjoyed the interior design. The bar staff were very pleasant and acknowledged. My Irish coffee was fantastic and their suggestion of a new gin for my cocktail was great. My girlfriend also liked her espresso martini a lot. There was a lot on the menus but I couldn’t turn down the $3 hotdog, that’s an absolute steal anywhere. They also had a lot of options for toppings on the hot dogs. Would return.
