Went in for lunch on 8-24-24. Middle of the day on a busy weekend. I stopped at the first Purell dispenser I saw, it was empty. I saw another by the exit it was also empty. So I used it (the exit). Spent my food dollar elsewhere.

Restaurant was very clean. Was greeted with a smile when I walked in. Nina taking orders was a delight. My meal was incredible and exactly as ordered. Thank you Chick-fil-A.

Literally paid for a large and they couldn’t even fill my container up with fries. They stacked five containers of chic fil a sauce inside of the large fry container that was barely even filled with COLD fries and i asked for ketchup thanks for the extra sauce that i didn’t ask for but id rather the food next time…
Very impressed with Chick-fil-A. We're from the UK and my eleven year old son was very keen to try out Chick-fil-A. We gave it a go at the Plymouth branch and Connor, our server, was very kind and professional in helping my son and I navigate the choices on offer. I would have liked to have given a tip but couldn't spot a jar and the till machine never gave the option so hopefully this review will show our appreciation for Connor's excellent service.

Our Chick Fil A has some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had, some are so tender and flavorful that I forget it's CFA due to only having Texas CFA in the past. I have been here since it first opened and it's only improved it's recipes or something, don't know what but keep doing what you're doing.
Used the drive thru service. Which was quick. They did mess up the order but turned out in our favor, as they mixed up 2 orders and we ended up getting more food
