FILTHY!! They ought to be ASHAMED!!! Ran by teens!! Trash overflowing, tables not clean, floor disgusting!! Wonder what the kitchen looks like. Cold food!! Ordered strips and fries only to be disappointed and robbed (prices are far too high!!) Wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!!!

Waited over an hour for my food in drive thru. Ik how long it was because I started writing to my friend on FB while waiting!! I'm never going to another chick fil a again, you made my dining experience a freaking nightmare!! I get your systems were down but they weren't when I ordered, you asked for everyone's receipts when systems were down so you didn't have to write it by hand then lost it. Finally after recieving my food, no toys in kids meal bags, no drinks, no sauce I ordered, I had to wait another 15 minutes for it and that was after calling and talking to the manager! Unreal, not okay!Why do you have people taking orders before customers can even see the menu? Stupid

Service is great & obviously a focus for staff. Ofc the food is solid, ( little bit overrated, imo) but taste doesn't supplement undersized portions, so often leave unsatisfied (i.e. still hungry) or stepping back in line & spending more..

Got food poisoning from the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, wasn’t sure if it was the unwashed lettuce the 15 year old inexperienced workers handled, or the veiny chicken. In conclusion, I would rather go to war than consume something from this pathetic establishment.

Food was great as usual. They brought the food to your table and that was great with no waiting at the front. Plenty of parking and seating.
Great biscuit sandwich and good coffee. Clean and bright dining room and clean bathrooms. Staff was very pleasant and service was delivered with a smile. Thank you Carissa.

Literally the worst fast food operation I've ever encountered. My kids and they're friends like it, however every time without fail the orders either missing an item or it's completely wrong! Let me say the do try to rectify the issue but most of the time you don't t realize it until you're home! Great thanks for the free fries and sandwich but how about the time and aggravation of having to go back! There's literally 10 people working the takeout window but know one checking orders? From now on kids are getting pizza! Can't forget to put a pizza in the box. Lol

Opened bag after getting back on road - no Chic-fil-a sauce or ketchup ?. Details are important. Sandwich was very good even without condiments.

I went to Plymouth, MA location on October 5th at around 5:15pm. Placed an order for a Cobb Salad with extra ranch lime dressing, A chic fil a nugget meal 8ct w/fries, and a kids nugget meal 5ct w/fries. I requested extra ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha sauce along with my extra dressing for the salad. When I received my food at I immediately noticed there was no ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha, I asked the person at the window if i can get the sauces at had ordered to go along with my food, with a slight attitude he gave me one ketchup and one sweet & spicy siracha, I asked for more as that is not enough for both meals and I asked for my salad dressing as well. He gave me more sauces and assured me that my salad dressing was in the bag I just could not see it cause it was at the bottom. When i got home there was no salad dressing or crispy dried tomatoes in my bag for my salad at all. I could not even enjoy my salad as I had to eat it dry. This is was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at chic-fil-a, from the customer service not being up to par and missing the key factors that make my food delicious. Please let your employees know that the sauces and salad are dressing are key factors of eating this food don't forget to put them in bags!!! Sincerely, A Disgruntled Customer!
