Worst chilli's I ever dined at and don't expect a follow up from general manager or district manager first My steak came out burnt on a med Well mashed potatoes ice cold chilli was ice cold and the new steak came out med rare go figure and they said they would take it off but still charged me for soda and soup when I ordered 3 for me deal I basically didn't get a meal and had to share my wifes meal oh ya and no manager came over till I had to basically ask for one lol lost my buisness.

I've dined here for years, and one of the reasons is their flexibility around food options such as the ability to request salt-free or no-butter options. After 4 years, I am told they don't serve unsalted tortilla chips, despite us ordering that very item just 2 days ago, and numerous times. When I asked if this was a new change, I was told they never did that. I can understand a menu change, but I don't appreciate being told a bold lie because the workers are too lazy or incompetent to do something. Just say you're busy and no one is available to make the adjustment today. Don't blow smoke up my backside and call it rain. Enjoy losing a customer in this economy where food service is a splurge and chain restaurants are going out of business every day.

- you might as well be invisible as a single patron to the short blonde bartender. Walked in sat, at a non busy bar, full ten minutes go by not even and acknowledge that i’m there. it happens all the time with her. i’ve been going here for years. she needs a reality check. you’re a bartender not doing the simplest interactions, even just a nod or a “one sec”, i wouldn’t have walked out. that’s all.
Got a steak to go. It was burned so bad that it was unrecognizable. They gave us a refund but I’m still giving a low review because now I’m hungry. I’ll never order here again.

Love chilis so happy it’s making a revival my 45 year old female brunette ponytail bartender was beyond miserable , inattentive , and visibly bothered to be there . I called before to ask when close was to not be a bother but I have never felt more rushed especially on a Friday night . Talking to her coworker not the slightest sense of care or urgency . To have the bar stools put up beside me was so off putting and bizarre as a bartender of ten years I would never make my guests feel so uncomfortable as to throw barstools beside them and sweep loudly . Just disappointed

Food was as you'd expect from a Chili's. We go to various Chili's fairly regularly because my wife has a ton of food allergies but knows what she can get here. That said, if the food sucked, we wouldn't go.
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a bunch of food allergies, but every Chili's we go to (and this is one of the reasons we go), are super supportive and helpful.
