Last time I went in person they were short on wait staff, and only filling half the restaurant. Not a good look. Long Wait for a seat and for service. Food is acceptable, it's a step above fast food, what do you expect? Good for takeout, again, slightly better than fast food or the pizza place up the road.

This used to be a great place to eat it used to be fun and upbeat. Our server must have been new and barely knew how to take a order nevermind be a waitress. I ordered hot coffee and a drink and then barely had time to look at the menu before ordering appetizers. My coffee was cold, the soup I ordered was cold. Ask for new coffee and got cold coffee with a cup so hot it burnt my lip. The meal was ok. Definitely not worth 80 bucks for 3 ppl. Never once did the manager even come by after we complained. Not worth it.

Wife 2 friends and I walked around 730 pm 3-1-24 to a very nice and warm welcome my friend and I got the Swiss mushroom hamburger was absolutely delicious it was one of the best burgers I have had in a very very long time and the french fries were absolutely cooked to perfection my wife had an old timer with cheese pickles and tomatoes what she had said it was absolutely delicious her friend had the same as my wife did absolutely delicious Burger the service was absolutely great Alexa was the sweetest and friendliest waitress we've had in a long time we haven't had great service like this in a very long long time will recommend this place and we will return 100%Parking: Parking is great never a problemWheelchair accessibility: It's very wheelchair-friendly

You can't go wrong with their Margaritas.The atmosphere was a nice family / party atmosphere. The waitress was quick and attentive. I always have a great experience and a great time whenever I go to Chili's.They are very Consistent and they always deliver the best .
Stayed in nearby hotel and Chilli's was absolutely perfect after a long day's travel.

Got the triple dipper. The boneless wings are a joke. I've had better at McDonald's. The tenders however, were very good. Definitely not the Chili's of the past. Our Server was very nice and took good care of us.

It was okay! Food came out quick and tasted decent, but pretty pricey for what it is. Good place to meet some friends and grab a drink. Our server was so wonderful and nice!
