the burritos are always tiny, cold, fatty chicken, hard rice, no flavor. i’ve ate here at least 4 times hoping it’s better the next time but it never is. sad cause I love chipotle, but this store is not it

Honestly came here to see if there were any reviews from last night of food poisoning. We got up to counter and ordered a bowl with white rice they didn’t have any. But as I’m looking around behind the counter was the worst food prep area I’ve ever seen. I should have stopped ordering but felt weird. Fiancé hates brown rice so he didn’t get anything but my bowl was already started we went to chic fil a next door for him and I decided to get it too because I felt it was super risky to eat the half full bowl I got from chipotle. My fault for not leaving when I saw how bad the dining room was but figured it was just understaffed but boy what a waste of time and money. Hoping to save someone else. I would not come back here I don’t know how it hasn’t been shut down

People here are nice, food is flavored better than average, price is just my speed, food is reasonable healthy and whole. This is my go too. The only knock is the trash can openings are small - not the biggest deal at all, I get things to fit with a little extra effort :)

I usually give a restaurant at least two visits before I refuse to go again. Today was my third and last visit to this location. It's always filthy - from the front door to the floor. Today, even the food prep area was gross with dried on food. The glass over the food was gross. The queso, which is supposed to be white, was burnt and orange. I chose to forgo the food and just get a drink. The ice maker didn't work and drinks were warm, so even that was bad. Floors and tables were covered in food. Shame on the management here. This is terrible!

Gotta agree with some other reviews... staff and food assembly are great, but store cleanliness is not a thing.
Glass doors look like they are cleaned less than once a day, dining room wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great, and bathroom will cause you to lose your meal if you visit after eating.
Store had no corn salsa at noontime and staff said they hadn't had time yet to make any. Was also informed that store opened a half hour late due to management not being on time today...

Just arrived at this place, and I am shocked by how dirty it is. The kitchen is filthy, the staff looks unclean, and the tables are covered in grime. It's absolutely disgusting. No food should be served here until the entire restaurant is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. July 18th at 11:26

Well. I hate to do this, but I did it for Taco Bell and it looks like Chipotle needs one now too. I absolutely LOVE Chipotle but this location has got to be one of the worst in the country. It just has to be. It's always understaffed or half the staff is standing around, they never ever have a fully stocked bar for topping options and the quesadilla that I just ordered from Uber Eats today was really a joke. Seriously. I asked for chicken, I believe I got the scrapings of the bottom of the bucket from them. There was NO cheese in the quesadilla, how do you make a quesadilla with no cheese???? And it was dry and hard as hell. Literally so disgusting. And I hate going into the physical location because it's absolutely filthy and legit just chaos. I walk out of the restaurant with PTSD every time I swear. Not sure that I will continue to give them my business unfortunately. I know corporate reads these reviews, so they would be wise to get it together at this location.
