I showed up at 11 am after shopping at Walmart. I wasn't ordering food but getting two gift cards for christmas stockings. There was another man waiting outside the locked doors and he said the staff was ignoring him. I knocked on the door and they were clearly ignoring me as well. The store opened at 10:45 per the door but the staff had no intention of opening. This is the closet chiptole to me which is a 20 minute drive. I ended up leaving because they never opened the door. This happened 12/14/2025- I plan to put through a formal complaint for this location

Do. Not. Go. If you value your integrity, time, and tastebuds. I love chipotle but whatever this is, ISNT chipotle. Actually one of the worst experiences of my life. I was so excited for the bogo burrito day. Me and my friends went and a guy served us who was genuinely lost. I’ve never seen someone with entirely no soul behind their eyes. He was evil and maniacal and probably out for vengeance. He fingered my friend’s burrito, and then couldn’t gather the brain cells to wrap it so he plopped it in a bowl and called it a day. You think I’m joking I am NOT. DO NOT GO.

Poor service. I bought a kids' meal for my daughter that they say doesn't have chili peppers, but quite the opposite, it had a lot of chili peppers, and my meat dish was just pure fat. I definitely won't be back.

My granddaughter loves Chipotle where she lives and I wanted to bring her to the Plymouth location. It was one of the worst experiences as the portion size was really small and the workers there were not welcoming or even seemed to enjoy working there!

I have often felt like the protein portions at this particular Chipotle were poor. Today, I found out why and it made me sad and will be the reason I do not return. Today, I got a bowl and the woman who did my scoop of chicken was a sweet older woman with a smile on her face. I am very attentive of the scoop everytime and today I was pleased. I wasn’t like ecstatic like I just got gifted free double chicken but I knew I didn’t get jipped, it was a perfectly normal scoop. Then, as I am getting my salsas, a man, who I assume to be the manager, walks over and begins to berate the poor woman for overscooping me, even though he didn’t even see the scoop. He’s making a scene in the restaurant and the poor woman is getting yelled at for just doing her job. I don’t know if this guy is in over his head and is trying to cut costs but that woman and his customers should not be penalized. I don’t want to go back because of him.

Always understaffed and behind on mobile orders. Not the fault of the people working. Just one of the worst managed chipotle locations I’ve encountered
It really is upsetting how down hill this chipotle has gone. The quality of food has declined. The cleanliness has declined. The employees are absolutely miserable to be there. They NEVER have ice. Im happy that we have a chipotle in the Plymouth area but i think its time for a manager review.

The food looked good and tasted alright.. However the person who made my plate looked so dirty it was a MAJOR contradiction. He had food stains all over his shirt like he didnt wash it all week. The area with plastic forks looked like it needs a good cleaning too. I MEAN YOU SHOULD WANT A CLEAN APPEARANCE

the burritos are always tiny, cold, fatty chicken, hard rice, no flavor. i’ve ate here at least 4 times hoping it’s better the next time but it never is. sad cause I love chipotle, but this store is not it
