Showed up 15 min after they were supposed to open (Nov 26, 2024), sign said “open”, but the lights were off and the door was locked. Disappointing

I showed up to pick up my cake at noon as scheduled. The door was open, but all the lights were off. The employee was 20 minutes late and I finally got my cake after sitting there in the dark for almost half a hour and was late to the function. Super bizarre and unprofessional experience.
