This location is great. Amazing customer service! Makes my order perfect each time and always nice enough to put an extra scoop :) the place has transformed and deserves a 5 star! Already Been here twice this week and cannot wait to keep coming back esp for the summer!

Door states open 12-8pm today. Went there at 3:50pm with all doors locked and lights shut off. Backlight was on, so employees didn't want to work or they still aren't getting paid.

Even though they have their hours posted on their door, they’re no longer open. One there twice and both times they were closed. This time I noticed there were bugs crawling on the inside of their door.

Warning: poor quality control and service! We recently bought a mint ice cream cake, however, when we cut it to eat it, were shocked to find no ice cream inside, just lots of icing. We called 3 times to get a refund and despite being told someone would handle the issue, we never received any follow-up. Beware.

Our preordered cake had the wrong name written on it and was in dark purple writing which you couldn't see over with the dark chocolate top. It was also missing the decorations on the top of the cake and looked like a baby wrote it. We had to stop to get light colored frosting/ we had to scrape the entire top of the cake off and redo it.

Took my grandchildren here for a treat. Handwritten sign on door says open 12pm to 9pm. We could see employees inside but door was locked, left at 12:15pm and took them to Friendly instead!!!

Service was awful. I ordered a founders day ice cream and all I got was a dish of plain vanilla ice cream. The employees in there were clueless and had no idea what they were doing. Probably will never go back again.

went there today and spent $$ on ice cream to go for family..there was 6 people behind the counter and only 1 girl waited on us with no gloves. 2 of the boys behind counter did not seem to work there and served themselves ice cream with no gloves. Ice cream melted by the time we got home because the little help she got when taking our orders. the manager was taking selfies while the one girl made our ice creams.
Tasted the same as every other coldstone I have been to. (Delicious!) The reviews before this one says the staff are terrible but when I went they were great! Mayne they got some new teenagers in there or I just came on a good day, it was a young guy and young girl. They were nice and made the icecream well. Coldstone was also cheaper than I remember it being, i did get a small though.

A really weird guy works here. I came in twice and both times this man has managed to make me more than uncomfortable. First time I was there he sat down next to me and asked if I could share my ice cream. When I said no he said “aw come on just a few bites”I don’t care if he was joking it was creepy.I went in today wearing a company shirt (I obviously work for said company) and he told me he wouldn’t give me my ice cream until our new location opened. He walked into the back room and I waited until a nice blonde helped me.

Poorly run, its like the business doesn't even have a phone because they have never answered when i try to call and see if they are open. Every time i go try to get ice cream here the doors are locked before the posted closing time on google (9pm) and there is no sign saying anything on why they’re closed.

there have been 4 times that I have tried to go for a shake well before closing (like 6:15 on a 9pm closing day) and the store was locked up and lights out but there were no signs and no change of hours announcement on the website/google. I don’t want to be a karen but it’s a waste of my time and gas
