They should close this store. Every time I place an order, everything is wrong. They don't speak English. The manager on duty doesn't care about anything. Every time I complain, she's just so rude. Is it a franchise or corporate? The food is terrible.

I had my son call and order (12yrs) he said can I order delivery idk if she thought he was planking him but she laughed and hung up . Then I called back and mentioned this the male on the phone said the women left for the night I cannot talk to her ??????? I said she just got off the phone how is she not there anymore ??? Anyway he apologized which was nice then I order and wait ….my food never came when I called they said the driver is outside while Iam outside !!!!! They said they would send another one in which it was past my kids bedtime at this point so I said yeah send it but can you give me a discount for this she said nope so I said forget it refund me the whole thing I don’t want it …. I am so upset

Called to place order and worker unable to communicate in English expressive or receive and she hung up me. When we order 2 pies one was made with wrong crust and toppings. We waited for new one which burned. They couldn't get it off the pan! They made again but after an hour we said forget it and took the one cold pie. No apology or consideration. Aweful!

This store is awful about customer service! I ordered an online order that said it was going to take 25 - 35 minutes but ended up taking an hour and 30 minutes. They did not deliver the pizza to my door instead taking a picture of the location they dropped it off in. When I went down to pick it up but it was no where to be found. Called the store and reported the incident and they told me that they needed to call the delivery driver first and then call me back. 20 minutes pass with no call back so I called them to which they transferred me to their on duty manager BAT. I asked her for a refund and she told me that she needed to ask her supervisor and call me back. 30 minutes pass with no phone call so I call back and ask for her. She told me that they will not refund my money but can make me a new pizza but it has been 3 hours since I first made the order so by this time I have ordered something else and I asked to talk to the supervisor she talked with but she says “he will not talk to you” I ask so domino’s corp number which she declined to give me. This manager was very unprofessional and if you ever have the unfortunate pleasure to speak with her wait for a shift change because she WILL not help you at all. I made a claim on the domino’s website about this issue and waited a few days to call corporate to ask about the claim in which they stated that this store contacted me on my phone but they did not. So the customer service representative said that the store would give me a phone call in a few days about the issue but they did not. I waited about a week then called the store again asking to speak with a manager but no one was in so they told me they would give me a call back which 4 days later still no phone call. I am in the military that works hard to defend and serve my country and all in it but with a simple issue about a $33 dollar pizza will not be addressed and refunded and also totally ignoring a customer’s, complaint and pretending they don’t exist is unacceptable! I will take this as far as I need to, to let all sites and people know never to order this pizza from Plymouth MA. Domino.

Stake and cheese has almost no steak in it and it was very hard to place the order in the first place they didn't answer the phone the first two times and they couldn't understand a stake and cheese is the same thing as a Philly cheese steak sandwich just without the onions and peppers I had to explain what a steak and cheese sandwich was to them definitely wouldn't order from their again

If I could give it zero star, I would .Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had. They charged me $20 for a small cheese pizza that was completely cold with minuscule amounts of sauce and cheese. When they said they’d give me a complimentary replacement… They wanted the old one back !this place is the worst!!! do not order pizza from here , it’s truly disgusting. Managment was impossible to work with.

I stopped ordering from here because it always took a lifetime to get a delivery. The last straw was a recent order that came an hour late and stone cold.I tried to call them six or seven times but they refused to answer. When I went in to get a refund, the clerk insisted my order was not cold. When I asked how she could know, she said she was at my house (!) so she knew.Just a bad place. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t go here! The employees are super rude, the service is slow. And don’t try to complain to the manager- she has an even worse, won’t let you talk, cuts you off, and then if she doesn’t like what you say she will hang up on you. If I could give the service negative stars I would.
