My drive-thru experience was great, A+ to the staff! They were friendly and happy and got me everything I ordered! The person that took my order even got the upsell when she asked if I wanted the hash browns. YUP! Great service!

Josh, Maddy & Nae are running quite the show over there! With all 3 of them there, your order is sure to be PERFECT! The manager Nae, runs a smooth ship over there! Everything is made correct, everyone is smiling and greeting people. They’re always willing to help! They are phenomenal! This Dunkin location is very lucky to have this little dream team!

My coffee cup was wet and gross, all runny down the sides. I wish they had wiped it down before handing it to me. My hands and my cup holders were so sticky!! How do you hand someone such a messy cup and not even provide napkins 🤬 there's no way they didn't wipe off their hands after touching it... On top of that, I asked for a sausage and egg no cheese croissant, but I received a sausage and cheese croissant, which is so disappointing! Will be avoiding this Dunks going forward

I received four packs of ice cold butter to be spread on and un toasted English muffin. Can you explain how I can do that while driving, No napkins, no receipt. This is why I haven’t been here in years and will not do it again.

My morning coffee is always good but my afternoon coffee is always gross. It taste strong and bitter. This has been a regular occurrence for a year now. I try to go elsewhere for my afternoon coffee but this location is closest to work so I don’t always have a choice. Do something about this.
Used to be good but they don’t care About anything in there, Every time you pull up, everybody everybody’s goofing off and yelling and swearing, food always comes out wrong, coffee always tastes burnt. This time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it had more cream cheese than bagel. It’s all over the car no napkins to even clean it up and wipe it up. I get it. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts job, but a lot of us tip you guys myself included. Definitely won’t be coming back even though it’s convenient.

Everytime l go in there, all l hear is alot of trash talk (swearing). A heavy girl with dark hair shouldn't be working in a public restaurant. She is loud and has a fifty mouth. This is not a good environment for customers and other staff members. There is only one female staff member who actually works and makes a good coffee.

Your Sunday April 26 1130am crew is terrible. Cursing loudly and acting inappropriately. Also threw away all the uber slips so I had to give them my phone so they could see the order

Ordered a coffee and a sandwich they told me to park and the sandwich will be right out, I sat in the parking lot for about 30 minutes along with a bunch of other people and they forgot about me. I went inside and they still didn’t have an order. Could have gotten a full blown dinner at a steak house quicker than that. Staff was also yelling at customers like it was there fault
