Yes Dunkin's is run by Americans but I have to say certain Dunkin' donuts have really outstanding employees and some don't but to work for Dunkin' donuts depending on which store you work for sometimes the managers can be really disrespectful to the employees who let the job go to their head and if you are out of work for a long period of time and you're out because you hurt yourself they fire you very honest and brutal and truthful because that's what happened to me I should technically still have my job and I don't so I think the people that are at corporate need to look into all the Dunkin donuts and how they're treating their staff

Went here 2 weeks or so ago and got a hot chocolate ( which turned out be powder and they mixed by hand with water) had to throw out . Visited a few different locations after that and they were all good . Went back to this particular location again yesterday and specifically asked if their hot chocolate was working and was told Yes . So I ordered one to find out after I had left that it was not made by machine ! Will not be back here and lying to customers is bad for business !!

Few days ago in uniform, I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts and the young high school. They’re a girl took my order and then saw a car pull up outside. Proceeds to clock out and leave and say hey guys my mom‘s here and then I was standing there waiting for someone to complete my coffee and I had to ask and say that that girl just left, took my order and clocked out completely unprofessional. I know this is a Dunkin’ Donuts entry-level job, but you don’t take my money and just walk away and clock come on really…. Kinda low it’s pretty easy to make my coffee before you leave…

Closed lobby an hour early. Girl with tattoos in there cleaning up like they’re already closed and doesn’t even acknowledge me.

This is the worst Dunkin’ in the area. They can’t handle it when it’s busy, orders are always wrong, there’s no customer service, it takes too long to get your order. Needs new management and competent workers.

They just stop selling stuff at like 6 because they close at 7. Or they make up excuses not to make the stuff after 530/6. Why not just close earlier..

genuinely the worst dunkin in the area, has been for months now. It will take over 20 minutes to get one coffee.

Hold on tight because I have got a Dunkin' story that will blow your mind! Not all Dunkin's are created equal, but let me tell you, this drive-through Dunkin' located beside a Mobil gas station that also serves amazing pizza slices is the absolute best in the area! Unfortunately, it's currently closed for renovations, and I have to travel further to get my daily dose of a well-toasted bagel with cream cheese. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster! But the staff at this Dunkin' are consistently excellent, accommodating, and simply delightful. They make me feel welcome and happy every time I pull up to the drive-through with my mobile order, even if I arrive after an unreasonable amount of time. In comparison, other Dunkin' locations in Plymouth and Kingston just don't measure up. Their staff doesn't understand what well-toasted means, and they seem to want me to get into a terrible accident while attempting to open a cream cheese packet. Come on, Plymouth and Kingston Dunkin's, step up your game and take a cue from this amazing Dunkin'!
