Waited excessive long time standing at counter being totally ignored. This is not the first time this has occurred. Finally left empty-handed. I recommend going elsewhere if you place any value on your time.

I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee, a donut & 10 munchkins. when I arrived they told me they were all put of all donuts & such. fine, I asked for ! refund, & they told me they can't & all they can do is give me an order of hasbrowns as compensation. either the employee was new or completely dense, because she claimed that the $1.49 hashbrowns cost more than the $6 i spend on the donuts. Worst Dunkin’s ever. They are always out of stuff and machines are broken. One weekend day they were OUT of CREAM! Like seriously??? Sometimes they have new workers who are polite and kind but they usually don’t last long from what I can see. Now, I do everything possible to avoid this location.

I don't think I've ever left a negative review about a fast food worker before. But the white girl with the ridiculous eyebrows gave me a Frozen sandwich, argued with me about it being frozen, and then gave me a scorched black sandwich and laughed about it. After I tipped a dollar. Seriously though the worst part was her eyebrows damn.

Dont order on the app for this place. They almost never have what you ordered, and often you're left recieveding different items because of it. Once they actually told me they were giving me hash browns instead of an item that was 1.50 more expensive that I ordered and walked away. Add to that a whole lot rude with the interactions honestly I'd give 0 stars at this point if I could.

I go here very often and they are always soo nice and working very hard. My only problem here is that any time I order a donut I have to remind them to give it to me and it's always in the bag frosting down. All the frosting comes off onto the bag so I probably will be going to another dunks if I want a donut from now on.

Very disappointed in management. Called to ask a very simple but important question, the manager decided to escalate there tone in an angry manner and turned the question into an argument. Rather than just answer a very simple question. Alot of these managers need a wakeup call. I don't know if dunking donuts chooses women with attitude problems on purpose or what but it gets tiring.
