Worst Dunkin’s ever. They are always out of stuff and machines are broken. One weekend day they were OUT of CREAM! Like seriously??? Sometimes they have new workers who are polite and kind but they usually don’t last long from what I can see. Now, I do everything possible to avoid this location.

I don't think I've ever left a negative review about a fast food worker before. But the white girl with the ridiculous eyebrows gave me a Frozen sandwich, argued with me about it being frozen, and then gave me a scorched black sandwich and laughed about it. After I tipped a dollar. Seriously though the worst part was her eyebrows damn.

Went through the drive thru this morning for a double shot of espresso and a small cup of ice. I pulled up to the window, was not greeted, just told $5.33. I said that's not me, I just got a double shot. She said ya its yours and handed me the cup. Once I had the cup in my hand I knew instantly it wasn't mine. It felt full. I said I didn't want coffee in it, just espresso. After the girl in the window telling me its mine, I paid and pulled right into a spot. Walked in. Was looked at, by the manager, I believe, and ignored, probably because I had a coffee in my hand and she knew it was a screw up. I asked how much a double shot was, she says $2 something. I said I was over charged, she asked if I had my receipt, I then returned with no, she didn't give me one. This "manager" disappears then shows up with my double shot and then looks at the next person in line. Never offered to give my money back or to give me 4 shots of espresso for the money I spent. Customer service does not exist at this location! It's disgusting how she handled it. I advise not to go there. They will steal your money!

Dont order on the app for this place. They almost never have what you ordered, and often you're left recieveding different items because of it. Once they actually told me they were giving me hash browns instead of an item that was 1.50 more expensive that I ordered and walked away. Add to that a whole lot rude with the interactions honestly I'd give 0 stars at this point if I could.

I go here very often and they are always soo nice and working very hard. My only problem here is that any time I order a donut I have to remind them to give it to me and it's always in the bag frosting down. All the frosting comes off onto the bag so I probably will be going to another dunks if I want a donut from now on.

Very disappointed in management. Called to ask a very simple but important question, the manager decided to escalate there tone in an angry manner and turned the question into an argument. Rather than just answer a very simple question. Alot of these managers need a wakeup call. I don't know if dunking donuts chooses women with attitude problems on purpose or what but it gets tiring.

Frequent turnovers of staff make quality vary greatly along with speed of your order. If I desperately need food I'll go here, but Commerce Way down the road has better options and the airport strip has other options as well.

The nastyest dunkin donuts ever. One of the employees ligit stuck her finger in my donut and still handed it to me. Dont even bother with this one. Pror management clearly.
