I walk in and make eye contact with most of the worker as I was in line they continued to talk andignore me, so after waiting in an empty line about 10 minutes for them to take my order I was forced to use the mobile kiosk to order. After I order they still took another 10 minutes because their conversations we more important then good customer service

This was our first time ordering anything from this franchise. We ordered through the in-store token, got 2 hot lattes with caramel and 2 signature egg sandwiches with sweetened bacon (or something like that). The order total was 18.46. It was made super fast, 100% right and we loved everything! Definitely coming back for more.

i literally read from their menu and ordered 2 turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches and when i received my order had 2 egg tacos. Said what is this? They said turkey egg and cheese on tortilla. I said i didn’t order a taco. I read from the menu and the photo featured with that is NOT a taco. They said my order said egg wrap and I should have corrected that on the order screen, so since i didn’t I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA to get what i ordered. I said WHAT??! I’ve already paid for it and it hasn’t been provided and in what world is it my responsibility to double check THEIR work?? And then I asked them to identify the donut in my bag, which they said chocolate glazed. Yep, my order said chocolate frosted, does anyone in there know the difference? Maybe that’s why i ended up with an egg taco instead of an egg sandwich. Donuts were stale anyway and it was only 9am. Hey state road dunkin - stop trying to charge your customers twice for YOUR order mistakes and save yourself the money by training your people!!!

They somehow managed to screw up my order no matter what I do and they won't take any of the coupons that I get but yet they'll take other people's coupons What the hell did I ever do to them
Frequently out of items, poor coffee, always charge for add-ons that they then refuse to provide, just take an extra 10 minutes and avoid this place when possible
