Everything was correct and Stephanie was pne of the most pleasant cashiers I have had here. I always prefer this dunkin even though another is much closer to my house, I make the extra drive to make sure my order is correct and I receive excellent service. Thank you Stephanie!

girl working drive thru (afternoon shift) acted like we were complete and utter inconveniences because her friend/boyfriend was in the store with her. I feel old, but why does the newer workforce utterly lack social skills AND work ethic? I hate capitalism too, babe, but you signed up for the job.

I have been to many locations ( Dunkin’s ) over 20 + Yrs but at the location at 2300 state rd Plymouth,MA was the last time I visit Dunkin’s I went there to get food and drink for my employees ; However the food(donutswere stale and not what I would expect from a “ donut” business. The drinks were “Good”.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast super early in the morning, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. My latte was perfect, and everything else was delicious.

I returned to the store to get an incorrect drink remade (we all learned that day that there are two buttons for the shakin espresso- you must specify the brown sugar one!) and the two young ladies there were fantastic. Super understanding and remade the drink perfectly, left with a big smile on my face. Thanks guys!

Just came in to grab a mobile order and both Priscilla and Stetson were amazing, friendly yet made everything exact. Was a great start to my day. Highly recommend this Dunkin donuts.

I was in the area for a few days and came to this Dunkin location every day. The service was welcoming and efficient. When I needed to use the WiFi it was fast. The food was great too. Would definitely come here again. Prefer it to Starbucks and other places to get coffee.

I was here Sunday the 25th and I’m so impressed!!!!! I’m not sure if that gentlemen is the manager but what a well oiled machine running perfectly today - food was ready so quick and it was busy as heck, order was on point - very impressed guys - you all deserve a raise or bonus this is so rare at a dunks especially during peak hours!!!!! Well done!!!??

I order through DoorDash most mornings now, but I’ve been going to the cedarville Dunkin and wareham Dunkin enough to where they know my coffee and know who it’s for every single time cuz I have a specific coffee order because I’ve worked there and was able to make up my coffee how I like it and every time I go and get a sandwich alongside my coffee, I ALWAYS ask to get no egg on my sandwiches every time, today I ordered what I always get coffe and the same sandwich I get my sandwich and the egg is on the sandwich stuck to the cheese that is stuck to the sausage I had to peel it off. Second the order is labeled on the bag with the sandwich order saying NO EGG. This has happened multiple times and I don’t understand how it can be difficult following what the customer had ordered especially if it’s for a delivery service like DoorDash. I’m so tired of the employees not listening to their guests and just doing what they please just to get a paycheck. I’m over it and I’m over these teenage high school kids running these stores especially with their attitudes. I’ve said it multiple multiple times and nothing has changed about the employees. Corporate needs to handle their employees better and if they can’t follow rules, directions, and orders for their guests, they shouldn’t be working there PERIOD.
Absolutely disgusting. I got a moldy sandwich and when I contacted customer support all they would offer (after taking 5 days) is a free coffee if I return to this location. (I didnt see the mold until i had eaten some of the sadwich and then finished taking off the paper wrap, also the pictures were taken on 2 seperate phones which is why some are blurry)

Probably one of the worst Dunkin's ever. Terrible service. Waited at drive up for 5 minutes and didn't get what I wanted. They didn't care either. Never going there again.
