This was our first time ordering anything from this franchise. We ordered through the in-store token, got 2 hot lattes with caramel and 2 signature egg sandwiches with sweetened bacon (or something like that). The order total was 18.46. It was made super fast, 100% right and we loved everything! Definitely coming back for more.

Horrible. I was overcharged and when I asked to be refunded the difference the cashier informed me that the manager was not there and I could come back another time. She proceeded to roll her eyes and walk off and talk to her co-worker. I pressed on with another employee and managed to get the number for the manager, which I promptly called. He said he would call me back. Meanwhile, the employee that gave me the number called the manager to refund me. This all took 20+ minutes to accomplish. What the heck kind of crazy is this?? I won't be going back there again. The cashiers clearly don't care, nor does the manager. I wonder if ownership knows or cares. Awful.

Frequently out of items, poor coffee, always charge for add-ons that they then refuse to provide, just take an extra 10 minutes and avoid this place when possible

Inexplicably slow, usually wrong, or cold when it should be hot, or hot when it should be cold. There's a Marylou's next door, go there instead.

The service here is always so friendly. It's a very busy location, (esp. during the summer) but they are always so patient. Plus, I have to get decaf coffee is nice and strong. (At Most places it tastes like coffee water). I don't usually review fast food places, but I wanted to give them credit. they do a great job.

i'm so pissed. there's no reason i should leave FIFTEEN minutes early to get a coffee with some time to spare but instead I was LATE to work because they were refusing to take orders in the drive thru. It's the morning, the shift you should be most prepared for.

Regardless of what you order and pay for the employees of this store consistently get it wrong‼️ Maybe they should spend less time on their cell phones⁉️ Can we say UNSANITARY⁉️ Cause they certainly are NOT removing gloves, washing their hands and putting fresh gloves on… Unless as a customer you see said behavior and actually have to ask them to take those steps‼️ I think we all know or have an idea on how much time ppl spend in the bathroom with their phones⁉️ Bad sanitary habits lead to worse, intestinal infections like HepA‼️ Every time we order a toasted bagel or toasted bagel sandwich it never is‼️ They just barely warm it in a microwave or some other method other than toasting it‼️Order and pay for an extra espresso shot, it will almost NEVER make it in the cup‼️ #FACTS my last 2 orders same java every time med iced caramel latte w/ an extra espresso shot, not only were they missing the extra shot they didn’t bother to put the caramel drizzle‼️‼️What they didn’t forget. What they NEVER forget is to up charge us‼️ They also seem to have a hard time distinguishing American from Cheddar cheese. It’s not rocket science Dunkin’ even uses yellow for american and white for cheddar‼️ If they are not sure then idk maybe ask the customer to clarify⁉️ A few times they just put a slice of both‼️ This Dunkin’ is in my neighborhood so as I write this review I want to be clear in saying these are CONSISTENT issues with this store‼️ I am a believer that if no one speaks up there can never be corrective action. As I read other reviews it seems clear that management is aware of issues with this store and there is still a problem. They need to retrain its employees or clean house and hire folks who actually want to work for the paychecks they earn… Many businesses consider it stealing when employees collect their wages yet fail to do their jobs. When contacting the store directly they were quick to blame me for ordering wrong on the app, yet I made it clear I don’t use the app we order at the counter or drive thru every time. Makes me wonder how many times folks complain about incorrect orders and they blame it on the customer rather than paying attention to the job they were hired to do⁉️

Horrible location. This place often won't have the food or drink you ordered. Then, refuse your refund and tell you to "go online for that." If you want anything to eat or drink, don't waste your time or money on this dunkin donuts. Complete nonsense.

I saw other reviews were low so I was skeptical, but I had a great experience! The employees were so nice, the location was clean & easy to get to. We got an iced coffee that was made perfectly, a donut and some stuffed bagel bites. Great location!

Check ur order before you leave honestly there’s not a better dunkin than exit 6. Every other location in this town blows. Unfortunately, every other location never fails to upset.

save your time and go to Marylou's next door. long lines. coffee is always wrong. I ask questions at the speaker and then get told different answers at the window. flavored coffee made with 6 pumps of coconut? I can't even drink it. cream cheese on the side? I asked three times. I get it and it's on it. not a huge deal but now this is no good to me. what a waste of money and time. also those coupons that were mailed arent even being honored there. I am very upset over my experience there today.
