There is an employee there who works nights named Karen who is an absolutely terrible person, had me and my family sit at the speaker with nothing but silence for multiple minutes and then I drove up to the window thinking maybe their systems were down just for Karen to tell me to “wait at the speaker longer next time” and “go ahead and go back around.” which is crazy because i’m staring at my mobile order which I paid for and she refused to give it to me.. Ended up getting so frustrated that I left without anything.

I stopped by around 10 a.m. (10/10/25) to pick up my mobile order (two drinks and some munchkins). The woman at the register was helping another couple, but as soon as she finished, she came right over and took care of me. She was super friendly and just had a great vibe overall. I don’t usually choose Dunkin’, but from now on I will — and it’ll definitely be this location. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a really pretty woman with light brown hair that perfectly complements her darker complexion. She honestly just radiates positivity and made my morning! I’ll definitely be back because of her, and next time I’ll make sure to get her name so I can give her a proper shoutout.

If I could give a big zero I would. Made a coffee and then when I said that’s not my coffee she yelled at me and said I’ll Show you how it looks when I do it again. Brought it over to the window and I said yes that better don’t you see the difference in the color of the drinks. If mocha was added be darker she came up to the window and said have a great day and asked her name she said not given it to you was an African American. And shut window in my face. Asked for manager she said nope

How is it when you get a bagel they charge you $6.41 but if you get the meal bagel tater tots and a coffee it’s only six dollars? Make that make sense !!!

Poor service; the employee gave us coffee with bottom layer of grounds. They replaced the coffee and by the time we walked to car, the bottom of cup was leaking on both coffees. Food order of 6 jelly munchkins was wrong as well. Uncaring attitude from the employee. Fire the employee.

I came here to get a tea to have some caffeine for my migraine that was starting. This was my interaction when I got to the window.
Employee: hi, your total is (blank).
(handing her the money and receiving my drink. As she’s getting my change I put the straw in my cup and immediately smell coffee. I am allergic to coffee so I ask for a new lid.)
Me: can I have a new lid? I’m allergic to coffee.
Employee walks away and says to coworker: I have to get a new lid because she’s allergic to coffee.
Me: (as she hands me the new lid I say) sorry, I’m allergic to coffee and the lid smelled like coffee.
Employee: well this is a coffee shop so we can’t change that.
I am shocked with what she said. All I asked for was a new lid and gave a reason why. Yes I know it’s a coffee shop and I know they can’t do anything about it but telling me this with the attitude she had wasn’t necessary. If you want to make fun of customers for things like this fine but don’t do it within ear shot and then to our faces. I tried calling the store to tell them privately but after listening to the phone ring and calling back 3 times I guess I’ll just make this public review.
All I asked for was a new lid. I like Dunkin’s iced tea and I know that there’s coffee involved with cross contamination but if I smell coffee on my tea lid I’m going to ask for a new one. Sheesh

I go to the drive thru here almost daily. My order is simple, but rarely spot on. When I order a bagel toasted dark it invariably comes out pale and anaemic. So I send it back. They don't even spread the butter on the bagel, so although it is fast food, I basically have to make the sandwich myself - when they remember to include a plastic knife.
And on a more general note, if I am ordering via a drive thru it is safe to assume I will need napkins. I should not have to ask for them.
The prices have just increased again but the service is consistently poor.
