I've always had a great experience with this Dunkin's as they make my coffee just right and they have pretty quick service. I usually go through the drive thru.

Very disappointing! This is a 24 hour Dunkin’ Donuts. The largest one in the city of Plymouth to boot. Always open on Christmas day. This year their hours showed open until 1pm. Now, if you’re a diehard Dunkin’ Donuts drinker, such as myself, people drive from very far distances to get their specific coffees, etc. This store did NOT close at 1pm. They had the drive thru blocked off with a car w/a note on it that was not at all visible. There was someone standing at the entrance, saying they were not accepting anymore costumers. Mind you, this was going on when I arrived at 12:15pm! Now, I get it. People want to get home to their families on Christmas. But don’t advertise your store hours, and suddenly decide to close up shop before you’re supposed to. That’s just wrong. Now, my thought is maybe the owners or manager may not have even know about this, and the employees took it into their own hands to make that decision. Well, I’ll certainly be bringing it up with the owner, as I’m sure many others will be as well. Especially judging by the vastly annoyed customers that were being sent away after approaching the entrance, long before 1pm. Unacceptable!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Recent employees are clearly miserable to be working there. Made me feel like I inconvenienced them with my order. Which was relatively small… A few orders of hash browns and a coffee.

Drive through order. Verbally was verified at speaker. (No digital display)Odd camera taped to speaker?Item not rung in for order. Rude slack from drive through no headset to verify. Grilled cheese ordered as verbally "forgotten to order... At window" .I was instructed to pull up and it would be delivered.10 min later.... I go inside.They "gave it away as abandoned" need to remake it. This is a 25 min experience.Zero communication and a full line.I understand that it is busy.On the fly is acceptable for kitchen terminology. A promise to deliver it?Sorry but I won't be moving again to be served after waiting my turn. If the ball is dropped on your part. Finish the job. Not to forget the customer twice.No one has time to run it outside in a busy setting. I'm just not moving. Yes the line is held up. Obviously a minute or two is quick when "it only takes 30 seconds in the oven".Sorry we struggled today.I'm sure America will continue tomorrow. "Running on Dunkin" ?

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkins and love that it’s 24 hours. I just wish it was a little closer to my home ?. All the Dunks near my house close early. Closing at 7 is ridiculous. So like I said this one is 24 hours and the people that work here are very hard working to get you in and out.
