I'm old enough to remember when Dunkin Donuts sold a much wider selection of fresh baked donuts that were to die for! Now, their donuts are the worst around since they aren't generally baked on location. They usually taste old and stale. They still make good coffee though.

11 am Sunday morning - they were OUT of cheese (ridiculous), apple juice, and the type of donuts my kids wanted. They made us wait 10+ minutes in the parking lot for our food (without apology), and even after all that, they still got the substitutions wrong on the donuts they were out of. Kids were very disappointed, and so am I.Definitely find another DD if you're in the area. There's plenty around.

No bathroom. And they make ppl wait at drive through cause on quote...." I have to reset the timer"?? So their timer is more important than getting the customers on their way. Awesome!?

Maybe it is just me but after I got my coffee I was sitting in the parking lot and watched this young man who made my coffee go do the trash and was picking up cig.butts with his bare hands! Not cool. Now I wont order there if he is working.

ALWAYS go to Samoset Street dunkin instead. This location is constantly messing up orders it isn’t worth your time. Some of the workers aren’t very friendly either. Their drive through moves fast (sometimes) but they basically ignore you if you come inside, which one might expect to be a quicker trip. One day this week i waited over 20 minutes inside for my order and this was around 3pm - stupid. I can’t imagine how long I would have to wait if I went there for breakfast in the morning.. I used to order there every week for my coworkers but not anymore bye!!
