If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst in Plymouth, they always mess up orders even after you go in to fix them. The guy with dark hair and facial hair who works afternoons/evenings always has a terrible attitude. If they “mishear” your order, they’ll tell you they’re “too busy” to fix the order and that they’re “sorry”. I’ve already reached out to corporate because that’s unacceptable. Highly recommend going to the dunks down the street.

I visited this store at 9:50 pm and waited at the drive in for somebody to attend me.Nobody came up and finally I went inside at 9.55 to get a cold reply that they are closed even though it was 10 before closing time.

It's a DD in a gas station convenience store, so there are limits to how wonderful it can be. Too little flavor in my oat matcha. Would try chai or regular latte another time. Donuts good as expected! I wish the clerk would have put the frosted donut in last and facing up as I asked. That generally happens when I request it

Absolute slowest drive through I have ever experienced in my life. There was only two cars ahead of me yet it took them 10 minutes just to give me a donut. Terrible service.

I’ve been ordering from this Dunkin’ Donuts for the past 3 months and I’ve only ever gotten a good coffee from this location maybe once or twice it’s always made incorrectly and tastes horrible. As for the food they are always forgetting something or the food is burnt.

My order today was completely screwed up, and they just forgot one item. Suffice to say I’m not happy with this and am equally not happy at wasting money on an unsatisfying order that wasn’t what I, well, ordered.

I have never felt the need to write a bad review and have always been happy with most Dunkin Donuts I visit. Today though I feel I need to. I realize with the hiring shortage it has been difficult for businesses but what happened to customer service. I ordered my coffee at the drive through the way I always do and the gentleman was so rude and disrespectful that I actually just drove off. If you can not do what I am asking although everyone else can don’t be rude about it and snap at me. You are going to loses business if this continues. I won’t go there again

When i arrived my mobile order wasn’t done. I asked the woman behind the counter if it was getting made she looked around at the orders that were made which weren’t mine and just walked away saying “idk”. Another customer arrived and she proceeded to take his order and make it while saying to herself “i can’t do this anymore”. I asked her again what was going on with my mobile order because i had been waiting for 15 minutes and she just snapped at me. She seemed extremely overwhelmed, even though there were 3 other people working but all in the drive thru. Someone should have helped her if she was that busy. Poor customer service.

2nd in line at counter. Waited while a new employee tried to help a lady with app, to no avail. I asked another employee for a cup of tea, she said I needed to wait for the new employee to take my orderr. 3 girls walking around, 1 at the window. I left and drove thru the window... quicker! No common sense in customer service behind the counter.
