Any very positive Visit in this location Today. We had asked for Cajun fries, but realized we didn’t get them in once we asked to get them. They actually gave us a packet and let us put them in a bag and shake it ourselves. A gentleman later on came and apologized for the mistake and then offered us a free shake, which we declined because Making the Cajun fries in the bag was actually more fun than the shake. Just by him caring and coming over Was enough to more than satisfy the visit

Burger was ready 15 minutes before my fries. Then they gave my fries to another customer who ordered after me. Awesome.

EVERY table was completely covered in food debris and trash - the HVAC system was dripping water on us at the table we bussed for ourselves.... Wow
There where only 5 customers in the place including us. No one bussing and no one caring about the water dripping from the ceiling

Great place. The burgers are amazing, the shakes cold and delicious, and the drinks refreshing with free refills. Definitely recommend. Burgers for vegans/vegetarians, hotdogs, grilled cheese. All amazing. Great warm French fries.

What really stood out was Nate’s attention to detail and his clear communication. He has made sure we have had everything we needed on all our orders and even checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personal service in a catering experience.

Forgot my cheese on my bacon cheese burger like what 😭 and was late with my fry’s altho I ordered an hour before online and had to wait 20 minutes for my fry’s
I'm sorry to say that this restaurant needs some major help. The store, even though slow, was absolutely filthy, from really dirty tabletops to a ladies' restroom strewn with toilet paper and a towel wrapped around the flusher. The food making hygiene didn't seem much better - a guy handling cash with gloves and then making food with the same gloves, someone sweating profusely and then wiping their brow and continuing on to make a sandwich, and a few bearded employees letting it all hang out. I was so put off by the lack of hygiene that it was impossible to eat. Music at decibel 100. Five Guys is usually a reliably excellent chain but I'd give this one a hard pass.

Went in with my son to get shakes. The guys behind the counter were awesome. Very friendly and funny. The man who rang us up went out of his way to show us great shake combos and made them great! I recommend the choc strawberry shake! Thanks for great service.

8/7/24 My Burger and Service was great! However i couldn’t find a table without food , crumbs or condiments smeared on it! Noticed it immediately. Takes like 2 minutes to wipe down tables. Unacceptable!
