I ordered a cake for my baby shower and the cake I received was not at all what I requested (please see attached photos for reference). The cake was slapped together and that’s putting it nicely. Dying flowers were atop the cake (I didn’t ask for florals) and barely any of the other of details I asked for (I included a picture of the cake I sent guilty). The more I think about it, this may have been a cake that someone else ordered and cancelled and guilty repurposed. I called the business to resolve the issue and whomever I spoke with was defensive and offered no viable solutions. She did say she would call me sometime in the near future to get my cc information and issue me a partial refund…
