It is so hard to find a bagel in MA that is any good. This is one of the few I like. And the ppl who work the weekday mornings are great and friendly. Don't misunderstand, this isn't NYC level but that's the way it is. And the flavored cream cheese options are tasty. Not a fan of the coffee but I solved that by not ordering it.

Coffee was good, food was mid. After ordering for 4 people. They told us they were closing, which was no problem. The problem was, they gave us the food we just paid full price for as we watched them throw the rest away. Perhaps offer discounts for the last 5 minutes before closing.

STOP CLOSING EARLY. ? Can’t count how many times I’ve come at 1:30-2pm and it’s been closed! Your hours are until 3pm. Honor that.

Monday morning just after 7am is the sweet spot, no line, pleasant employees and my order was correct! Shop was very clean and ready for the work week, since I was the only one in the shop my order was super fast getting to me. My salt bagel is delicious as is my 20oz mocha. I'll avoid this place on the weekends now that I know it's inconsistent at best during a busy weekend rushes.

Really great Bagels and Egg sandwiches and lunch offerings, there is usually a waiting line here as it is a very popular breakfast stop. The food is good and service is pleasant and the prices are reasonable. This is a take out place that is always busy, so that should speak for itself. Had a Spinach and Brocolli Bagel and Egg with Swiss Cheese and Bacon, it was delicious! Definitely recommend for a quick bite.
