Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has so many great reviews. If you’ve ever had authentic Mexican tacos, you’d know this isn’t it. We started with chips and queso, the chips were stale, which was an immediate red flag. Then came the tacos, which were $7 each. For that price, you’d expect a decent-sized, well-filled taco. Instead, they were small and lacked substance. The tortillas were strangely thick, more like arepas than traditional taco shells, which threw off the texture entirely. If you’re looking for a much better taco experience, try El Jefe’s in Boston, now that place is amazing.

Invited my whole family for a meal at jefes. Called in around 4 to make a reservation for 7pm. At 6:30 they called and told me they close at 7 and they can’t seat my family. Awesome.

Walked in to grab some tacos to go. Nachos were absolutely amazing. So flavorful. We tried a few different tacos including the birria and it was top notch. The man who served us was so welcoming and the atmosphere was so nice. Cant wait to make this a regular spot!
Met some friends here for dinner. Food was ok, everyone loved the steak tacos so these were a 5/5 but the other meals were somewhat lacking flavor. The salsa was bland, the avocado ranch dressing was not to any of our liking. Out of a group of 6. Cocktails that were order were good, service was ok, just not attentive. Atmosphere is nice and casual. We parked at the church parking lot, right next door to the restaurant. Overall score is a 3/5, wouldn't go out of my way to come here for tacos, however still a great place to hang out with friends. There is a bar inside this restaurant as well. Wings were rated 6/10, taco salad 5/10 just because they didn't offer regular ranch and the avocado ranch was not to our liking, steak taco 9/10, shrimp taco 3/10, salsa 4/10, all other food 5/10. Taco tortilla shell 10/10. Time with friends and family 10/10.

I love this place. Best guacamole I’ve ever had. All freshly made food. Gluten friendly with corn taco shells. The lime pepper chicken taco is my favorite taco, but I’ve liked all the ones I’ve tried. One of my favorite places in town.
