Chaotic, unorganized, food was ok. Will not return any time soon

Riley and the team there looked be understaffed tonight with how many orders were there for walk-ins and online. They were super accommodating to my wife’s allergy and provided unbelievable service, with unmatched enthusiasm and a smile on their faces!

Such a great team and very thankful I stopped in tonight. Will be back soon!

Was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes, pulled up 25 minutes after ordering, and took an additional 30 minutes to get my food. Probably not ordering here again after an almost hour wait...

We ordered three giant subs on rosemary parm bread, what was delivered was 3 giants on regular white bread. They did not care, they told me they knew they ran out of rosemary parm, they did not ask if the substitute was acceptable. I would have cancelled the whole order.

I Went into the store at 7:16 for a pickup at 7:13.
The place was dead only one other person eating in the restaurant. They immediately asked for my pickup name and said they would get right on it. Now it is 7:30 and 3 others have already ordered and left with their food… so I ask about mine. They scattered to find the slip and once they finally found it the subs were sitting in the counter and just needed toppings.
Only if they stopped talking to one another they would have noticed 2 subs sitting there unfinished and would have done something

I got a turkey club .. my gf got a steak an cheese... and they were amazing! Food is always good when I come here the service is always fast an pleasant.. Great staff here it's always a good atmosphere inside.. I will always come here anytime I'm in the mood for subs .. love jersey mikes!

Great subs don’t get me wrong… but not over $20 for a large sub after adding bacon and not ever getting bacon good! I don’t know if they actually have the bacon they claim they do… This is getting so old. Pay attention to what’s on the sub, can’t remember last time I actually got what I ordered. Such a waste of money.

Place an order for a steak and cheese there was nobody else with an order I waited 15 minutes and my order wasn't even started got my money back
