We ordered three giant subs on rosemary parm bread, what was delivered was 3 giants on regular white bread. They did not care, they told me they knew they ran out of rosemary parm, they did not ask if the substitute was acceptable. I would have cancelled the whole order.

I Went into the store at 7:16 for a pickup at 7:13.
The place was dead only one other person eating in the restaurant. They immediately asked for my pickup name and said they would get right on it. Now it is 7:30 and 3 others have already ordered and left with their food… so I ask about mine. They scattered to find the slip and once they finally found it the subs were sitting in the counter and just needed toppings.
Only if they stopped talking to one another they would have noticed 2 subs sitting there unfinished and would have done something

They are always the most efficient and friendly team when ordering food. The fresh ingredients and smooth process makes this location an easy go-to.

I got a turkey club .. my gf got a steak an cheese... and they were amazing! Food is always good when I come here the service is always fast an pleasant.. Great staff here it's always a good atmosphere inside.. I will always come here anytime I'm in the mood for subs .. love jersey mikes!

Great subs don’t get me wrong… but not over $20 for a large sub after adding bacon and not ever getting bacon good! I don’t know if they actually have the bacon they claim they do… This is getting so old. Pay attention to what’s on the sub, can’t remember last time I actually got what I ordered. Such a waste of money.

Ordered a normal tuna sub only to find there was added bits of celery, which added a very nasty aftertaste. Apparently the tuna comes with it, and there's no option to not get it. That's disgusting. If I want crunchy tuna I will add onions. Thanks, but no thanks.

Great spot! I try not to patron chain-businesses too often but Jersey Mikes is worth the exception. Subs are always fresh and made to order. I love having the ability to customize and build my own sub. In the summer, DoorDashing Jersey Mikes to the beach is a game changer.

My main reason for reviewing though is the workers. I don't know who does the hiring for this location, but they deserve a promotion. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, and most of all, there to work! So many of these big businesses have people who just don't care. This Jersey Mikes feels like a mom and pop shop because of how attentive everyone is. Great job!

Do not order from here!! I showed up 25 minutes after placing an online order and still had to wait 10 more minutes. There was literally no one working and they were all a little rough around the edges. Let’s face it - nobody like a gross, lazy person making their food - even worse when you have to wait so long after being proactive and ordering ahead. I’ve never had this experience at any other Jersey Mike’s.

I was paying through an app and tried to add a tip. It only ran it for the food amount. The Mgr said she would have to charge me for something else to use the balance. I said ok, I will get a drink since it is the same amount and I will pay the tax, after the Mgr initially was blowing me off. The guy at the counter still entered it wrong and left a credit on the card. I was using the upside app and you only have so many hrs to use the money put on it. I was trying to be nice and tip, but now upside can have the extra cash.
