I really want to love this place because they do have good chocolate and ice cream! But Christmas Eve will be the third time we were charged for something and when we opened it at home or the person who was gifted it opened it we were missing items. This time it was 2 peanut butter trees, so we paid $10 for items we didn’t get. My mother was also charged twice once in the same day and called multiple times to get it fixed and never heard back. Unfortunately I’m not sure if we’ll keep going here if we have to check our bags every time before we leave!Editing to add, thank you for the reply! I did call, but was told there was nothing that could be done. It was not the owner I spoke with and I apologize, I did not take down a name. As for my mother, she unfortunately never got a call back. This was a few months ago so she gave up! Thank you again for the reply, next time I’ll ask to speak with you!

I purchased two beautifully made candy canes and a quarter of a pound of Panucci fudge.Absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to give the children the Christmas candy canes.I did not purchase the Delectable caramel covered and chocolate covered apples but will be purchasing them in the future what a presentation. I bought a lb of chocolate peanut clusters, they put them in a box. My wife got 3 turtles the girl had them in a wrapper, my wife asked for the wrapper, when she handed to wife 2 of the turtles fell on floor. The girl said "o-well" you asked for them before I put them in the bag. Do you think replacing the 2 turtles would have broke the bank after all of the chocolate I got was $34.99.Customer service #1
