Hamburger was not the size at Hyannis. Ordered med rare got well done. Expected the food to be as good as quality of other Katie's. Disappointed.

I hate to leave a negative review because the food itself is delicious, but 9 times out of 10 when I come here they mess up the burger in some way. Today I ordered two combo meals, one hamburger and one cheeseburger, I only received one of the fries and both burgers had cheese. Very disappointing.

We have ordered here many times and never a bad meal. Service is ridiculously quick and always pleasant. Food is made to order and fresh every time. Fries are fantastic every time! Love this place!

Staff has a sour attitude and food is extremely overpriced. Every time you come in here you’re gonna get robbed. Cooks seem angry to be working, they don’t care about the food they make. They will glare at you as you walk in, no one here wants to work. I don’t trust a person who treats their customers like a nuisance to be making my food, or making the food for my kids. The owners must think they are doing something special but this place is very ordinary if not below average. Why is a small order of fries over $7, a burger over $10? You want a burger and fries? You better dig deep into your wallet. A drink too? It’s gonna be around $25-$30. Ordering for more than one person? Just go out to dinner to a real restaurant at that point. There is nothing special going on here that reflects their pricing. Makes no sense. Clearly the employees aren’t seeing any of the money from the overpriced food. Owners are pretty much stealing from their customers and their own employees, which may explain the attitude issue. Better off going to Wendy’s if you value your money.

Awful customer service treated like a burden for buying a $20 burger. Whoever owns this place needs to do some serious retraining and think about who makes them stay in business... it's the customers. Don't hire miserable people that don't want to work and act like the customers coming in are the problem. No it's you. Don't work in the service industry if you don't want to serve people.

Bad first impression. I walked in excited to try KKaties for the first time. I notice a young man come out of the men’s room he’s an employee I think nothing of it. I’ve ordered my food. My purchase has been processed. I go into the restroom. I notice the toilet hasn’t been flushed and the sink is bone dry. This teenager didn’t wash his hands and he’s handling my items with one glove and one bare hand. He fried up some tots and filled up my cup and threw out the rest, that seemed like a waste. Then I notice the French fries being barehanded by the grill man teen. Needless to say my dog had a great dinner tonight. I did get to enjoy my soda’s since they were bottled.

I'm not a fan. I've tried the place 4 times and haven't really liked any of the meals. My wife and I got fries, and the amount of salt on them was disgusting, and my wife likes a lot of salt on food. They did replace the fries without any issues, but my wife was convinced they didn't salt the replacement fries out of spite. I pushed the employees to try the fries we returned, and both employees thought they were good. We don't intend on eating there again.
This is a great addition to Manomet. The food is great, not too big, not too small. The staff is young but very professional, polite and helpful. It's an excellent option for takeout on my way home.
Hit or miss. We’ve had good burgers and bad ones here. I have no idea why it’s so inconsistent. My 2 biggest issues:1. No online ordering at the Manomet location. No idea why.2. Smash burgers have been undercooked. How?
