Our first visit. Arrived about 11:30 and had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated but it is a small place so the wait was understandable. The noise level is pretty high in the small room where we sat in a booth. The menu has lots of choices for breakfast and lunch. They make homemade bread and charge $1.25 extra for the sourdough and raisin toast that comes with the egg entries. Sausage links or patties - the links were very tasty. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the home fries...
I love Marshlands. It's a welcoming Manomet vibe. Feels cozy. Food is great. Service is fabulous. And it's convenient.
Parking: Parking is accessible and not an issue.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: While inside is a bit tight for a wheelchair, summer time dining outside would accommodate. And it's very nice.
