Holly I do not understand why you still have a job there. I was vey unlucky to sit at your bar for dinner and experienced the same terrible service that more than 1 person on reviews have reported. I have been to that bar for lunch and the day bartender is wonderful. Maybe she can train you in customer service if you ask her nicely.

We were excited to visit your restaurant but our experience soon became very disappointing. Our server - Holly - made us feel as if we were inconvenient! Very uncomfortable and wished we had sat at another section. We generously tipped her with cash and we were leaving we were unceremoniously summoned back to the bar that we had not signed the check ! And upon returning she found the missing check and cash how embarrassing! Holly could use retraining in customer service. I will not return to your establishment

The food was absolutely wonderful.... everything from the chowder to the vegetables. The onion crusted haddock, and the swordfish my husband had, were superb.
We came to this restaurant since another one we had reservations at overbooked so we left and came here. There was no wait but when the waitress came she put down menus on our table and left for over 20 minutes. We ordered drinks and they came another 25 minutes later. We told her we want to order food so she took the order and it came out fast but was served by another waitress. We didn't see our waitress until 30 minutes later! She dropped the bill on the table and walked away. I tip more than the normal customer but I put down the bar minimum for her. No smile, no asking how was our food, nothing. The food was good but we may not want to come back

Came here before the fight at memorial hall featuring Petey Barrett and Joe Giannetti. The food, drinks & service was simply the best. We had their ClamWin chowder and it was exceptionally tasteful. My mother would have compared to her own.
Busy tonight. Anna, our server, was awesome. She went above and beyond to check in with us and explain everything. The Chef came through with a great Steak Diane meal and a delicious haddock meal. Thank you
