Why on earth do they have this Brittany working there? She is horrible. I ordered a coffee meant to be hot and they charged me for iced. The young server had no clue what to do so she asked Brittany who was dismissive and rude. She wouldn't do anything about it and said I "got a coffee". What a low life. It absolutely wouldn't have been an issue for me if she just acknowledged a mistake was made, even a small apology. Nothing. Finally, some other young server refunded the difference which was at least some gesture. But Brittany is definitely in the wrong industry and should be somewhere no one has to interact with her.

I absolutely love going into any Marylou's, but this store is nice and bright, welcoming, and you are greeted within seconds of entering. The employees are smiling and happy to help: I don't usually look for changes to my go-to iced coffee, but when I needed some help deciding, the employee was patient and helpful (not pushy!) I was able to convey what I had in mind, they knew exactly what I was looking for. No time to go inside? There's a drive-thru. The employees are always very nice through the microphone as well. Even if the line is long, they can keep it moving.
Parking: Parking in the front and rear of the building.
Ordered three latte’s. Hot. Came out cold , girl put expresso first then cold milk. We asked her to warm it up , she then heated the coffee up and proceeded to pour more cold milk in. Then admitted we only been trained to do ice coffee.Went outside to drink our coffee and after one sip left it on the stone wall. The worst ever. I would rather they just said don’t know how!!!
