Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Order #BH42IW53 (via McDonald’s app)
I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and a Medium Orange Juice. Unfortunately, when I opened the sealed bag, I found only a sausage patty, some scrambled eggs, and a packet of syrup. No pancakes, no hash brown, no biscuit. In other words, most of the meal I paid for was missing.
For reference, the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes is supposed to include:
Scrambled eggs Sausage patty Hash brown Biscuit Hotcakes with syrup & butter
Yet despite paying full price, I received barely a fraction of what was ordered. Sadly, this isn’t surprising given this location’s 3.4-star rating. Obviously, quality control appears to be nonexistent. McDonald’s really needs to address this issue and ensure that sealed orders are not handed off missing the majority of their contents.

Just another McDonald's. They were out of another item on the menu again. Not surprising though. Most of the time there out of something from icees, to shake machine being down for cleaning or what not to being out of apple pies or any other kind of pies they have at that Time.

I found myself at this specific McDonald’s during lunch. The manager Eileen was super nice, respectful and attentive. Usually McDonald’s workers seem to be dead inside but Eileen was full of life and thrilled to help me. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

7/24 1048 am there I order a McChicken with just ketchup and mayonnaise I get out of my car, the things covered and catchup and mayonnaise to the point that it’s all over my hands the lady apologize that she was very nice. I asked them to remake it. Wait another couple minutes only for them to hand me the same sandwich only this time with double the amount of mayonnaise on it and then the manager asked me to open it to make sure that it was OK so I open it and tell him that there’s so much mayonnaise on it. He looks me right in the eye and says oh that’s so how much it comes out as nothing I can do for you. Do not shop here. Do not buy food here. Do not do anything here this manager is useless and worthless

This McDonalds seriously needs to get it together. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and waited over 20 minutes. My number was on screen but they didn’t even prepare it. There was a few of us just watching and waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. It was like they were avoiding eye contact. It really pissed me off. It’s always something when I come here. I think McDonalds corporate needs to reevaluate the management team there and clean house. The employees walk around like they’re depressed and just seem unhappy. It starts from the top.
