I “I have a lot of things to say, but I won’t say them because I don’t like ruining anyone’s business—after all, I have a business myself and I understand how much of an impact a single rating can have. I’ll just say this: please check your management. For the last ten days, I’ve been placing my order at McDonald’s and there’s so much mix-up. Sometimes I order a Filet-O-Fish and I get something else instead. Most of the time, I order a vanilla shake and they never have vanilla, so they give me coffee instead. Or I order a mocha iced coffee and they give me some cheaper iced coffee for $20. I might as well just go buy it from 7-Eleven. This is not good. Please check or change your management, do whatever you want, but this really needs to be looked at. If you keep providing service like this, your McDonald’s will end up shutting down soon

Drive thru had late dinner , the burger was burnt , the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich stale i get it its late but still for 20 bucks should have gotten fresh food , had to throw the whole meal out

OVER PRICED! A great McDonald’s with one star prices! What they’re charging for food is insane! They don’t have the same deals and promos as other McDonald’s restaurants. I seriously can’t fathom the prices, it’s nuts!

I love this place the people were nice and food was good. 10/10 would recommend they are amazing! Bring ur appetites esp after a long party it’s good to have yummy food.

I pulled in after midnight at the Plymouth travel plaza, and then discovered I had locked my keys and my phone in the car!!! Fortunately I had Triple A and a MacDonald s employee named Shahzaib very kindly used his phone to call for me and to relay all messages from the phone and the tow driver. I was so relieved and grateful!!! Within the hour I was back in my car!!! Thank you to Shahzaib and the late night Macdonald's employees!!! Rebecca Riley
