Terrible. We got takeout so it was already sealed and when we got home there were barely 10 chips in each bag. Half the amount of chicken in the tacos and the stack and half the toppings missing. Do not get take out from them.

The assistant manager that was on today was very rude . I asked about my discount since I work next door and she gave me such an attitude over it and said she’s never heard of it before . Ive ate there quite a bit over the last five years . Maybe the manager can educate all their staff on what’s what . But assistant manager deff needs an attitude check . The new gentleman that just started was very kind and offered me salsa for my chips And queso but the assistant manager told him I can walk over to the salsa Bar and get it myself . Not very friendly and I’ve never had an experience like that at more until today .

Was there about a yr ago and there were so many fruit flies, we wrapped our food and finished it in our car. We keep checking the reviews to see if they are gone, but still seeing posts about them. Moes was one of our favorite places to go. We miss it.

I love Moe's. The food is always good and the staff are usually quick and friendly. My son and I go every week and are hardly ever disappointed. Obviously nowhere is perfect all the time, but the Plymouth Moe's is usually a good experience.

Moe's is pretty good! Their app makes it super easy to order & customize your meal. I just wish they would allow you to combine a reward & offer. Love that they offer free chips & salsa. Decent value for what you get.

I'm a regular at Moe's. It is hit or miss depending on what time of day I go. There is one thing I can say though.. I would always aim to go when Grace is working. No matter how busy it is she is always pleasant and helpful. I always see her working whether she's in the back or the front. Not just customers but she's always helping her coworkers. I'm taking the time to type all this because last week she told me she was moving:( I hope they find someone as good as her to replace her. Grace if you see this, good luck in your endeavors! Jules..

Unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this establishment, I recently had a situation where I was charged incorrectly and made the company aware and they had no intentions of making the situation better or fixing it.
Food tastes great , service has never been that accommodating and this is the second time I had a problem that I made them aware of and after giving them another chance after the previous mistake was never resolved or taken cared of ...they have lost me as a customer.
Like I said ...if they at least showed some effort of trying to fix the problem I would at least be aaring to their mistakes
They don't care - so from now on neither will I and they don't have to worry about me going back there again
