Worst ever Olive Garden. When ordered a kids meal to-go, what we got was a meager portion which barely satisfied a kids appetite. Worst dine in experience too.

A good restaurant for families. On the other hand, the food is not really worthy of Italian cuisine. It's more American-style cuisine.

Had to ask several times for a glass for my beer,finally get a glass it was dirty. Ordered second beer no glass.
Chicken parm was left in the fryalator to long,you get two cutlets hard as a rock I got maby one dryed out cutlet out of that meal. Won't be going back.80.00 with tip dinner for two.

Met some old work friends for a pre-holiday lunch. Food was good and arrived quickly. Our waiter was attentive. We had a great time.
Prices are a little daunting now. Something seemed off too, 5 meatballs parm *app that doesn't come with pasta for $12? Is my math off? (I could have just ordered the 3 meatball app for $3.99 × 2. So for $8, I would hv had 6 meatballs). I asked the waiter and he said pricing was correct but??

Salad was good, bread sticks clearly come in bulk packaging, and the shrimp pasta I had with cut up asparagus and tomato chunks was not great.

My server Yoham took absolutely fantastic care of me and my party. He was personable, quick, and made us feel like we’d known each other for years. For personal reasons I don’t find myself at Olive Garden much but when I’m in town you can be sure I’ll stop by! Thanks for everything from me and Mr.

Ordered on line for curbside pick-up. App stated order would be ready in 25 minutes which was fine since it would take me that long to drive there. Pulled into the curbside parking spot 25 minus later and texted to check in. Waited for 15 minutes... no text updates, no one came out to let me know anything. Finally went into the restaurant to find out what was going on. Waitress handling the to go orders asked my name after i questioned what was taking so long. She stated she was waiting on 1 more item. Which means my order was not completed at the state time since it was now almost 20 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready. She then went to bring an order out to someone in a curbside parking spot ( who was waiting longer that i was) I waited another 5 minutes and she then called my name and handed me the bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She never put ANY other items in it! So she lied about waiting on an item. I finally left with my order and made the 25 minute drive back home only to discover that the order was not correct! My order of chicken parmesan was in fact EGGPLANT Parmesan! I've never had such poor service from here. I hope it is just an abberation from the norm, and not a trend.

It was an Olive Garden.
My server was nice, but lasagna came out cold
... Like unmelted cheese cold.
But I'm the one that parked and walked into an Olive Garden, so I'm not mad, just disappointed in myself.
