i had the best experience last night. the staff was working really hard they were very busy. the young girl who checked us out, Maddy was so sweet and kind. we decided to eat there because of the carnival and they had our food ready in under 15 minutes! highly recommend coming here, everyone was upbeat and attentive. thank you for a wonderful experience team gino’s!

I find it amazing that you pay people better than minimum wage stand there with their hands off looking for a tip. These are people working at a restaurant that are getting $2 an hour. My wife worked in a restaurant they know all about it. Stop the tipping shit!

I went to papa for my lunch break and my server Hailey was beyond helpful and kind. She explained different ingredients that was in the meals because I wasn’t familiar with this restaurant. I was very satisfied with my food and Hailey was amazingly welcoming and very patient with me. She gave me everything I needed like plates napkins etc.

It was extremely busy and they were going as fast as they could. The staff on duty was excellent. Some of the other customers were being so nasty and mean and yelling things which was totally inappropriate and I felt awful for your staff. They were working as hard as they could. They deserve a raise for sure. Even though my order wasn’t ready at the exact time I understood how busy they were and that was fine with me I had no problem waiting. Please give them a raise.

Placed an order to the hotel I was staying at locally. Order never even showed up so I can not even comment on anything else. Then again, I wouldn't be here in the first place if it showed up! Never again! No wonder they closed so many locations.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered two small pizzas on Christmas Eve, not anything extravagant either just two simple toppings, and when I got home one was absolutely horrid. No cheese, sauce everywhere, and they barely put any of the topping. When I called for it to be remade as just a cheese I was rudely told they close in 30 minutes. So you can’t remake the order I already paid for that you disgusting made even though it only takes 15 minutes if even? A five year old could make a better pizza. Thats insane and this place is always filthy run by incompetent teenagers especially the “manager”. Place needs to have new management or be shut down, shame on all of you who work there, especially on Christmas eve. Hope your clearly bad day got worse👎👎👎
