Waited 75 minutes (5:40pm ordered)for 1 dine in pizza. clearly understaffed to the point they can’t even refill the napkin holders. Whoever the store manager needs to get it together. Was offered nothing let alone a sorry for waiting that long.

i had the best experience last night. the staff was working really hard they were very busy. the young girl who checked us out, Maddy was so sweet and kind. we decided to eat there because of the carnival and they had our food ready in under 15 minutes! highly recommend coming here, everyone was upbeat and attentive. thank you for a wonderful experience team gino’s!

I find it amazing that you pay people better than minimum wage stand there with their hands off looking for a tip. These are people working at a restaurant that are getting $2 an hour. My wife worked in a restaurant they know all about it. Stop the tipping shit!
