Welp! It’s on my bucket list now because it was mentioned in the movie “Thanksgiving!”And it would have to be this one I go to! I love putting places or restaurants or stores on my bucket list that I see in movies and are really a place, especially restaurants! I got a feeling this place is a lot better than 3.8 rating! Maybe in the next year I shall get here!

Ordered online a pick up order an hour before the pick up time. Got to the place and they didn't start my order yet. I waited a half hour for my food. The kid working here steve behind the counter is very rude and unprofessional, he shouldn't be working with customers at all. Overall I won't be coming back and will steer anyone I know away from this Papa Gino's.

Jessica and team did such a thorough job with my catering order to feed 25 people. They even helped me use the right coupon to save some money. Thank you to this staff that made it easy to feed a large group!!
Horrible experience. Won’t ever use this location again. I called on 11/4 to place a delivery order for a birthday party held on 11/5 and requested a 1230 delivery. Order was taken, paid in full and tipped. On day of party, received a message food would be delivered 30 mins later than requested. That time came and passed, called 45 mins later and spoke to the GM who was AWFUL, rude and not understanding of why I was upset and told me “uh I have 10 people in front of me and we are understaffed and using doordash”. There should have been prior notice or atleast understanding and offer to compensate in some way or make the situation better- not be extremely rude and give attitude to a paying customer who called the DAY PRIOR to order ahead of everyone in the restaurant for a party. All of my guests were waiting an hour longer than anticipated which is unacceptable. And the doordash driver who delivered who didn’t speak English used a translator app to tell me that it was not his fault and he was waiting for the food for almost an hour. I might request to speak to owner in regards to this situation as the GM clearly needs work in customer service and did not handle the situation well at all. Will spread this along to others and never come back.

got a pop up on my phone with date and map of my last visit, with link to this review. Intrusive. BUT I do love Papas. Travel local work over years visited many PGs. I often see the SAME manager Kathy Chivatre busy at work- in various locations! She’s everywhere ! She’s always smiling, remembers my picky pizza order makes it herself perfectly! She’s Mama Gino! Good experiences with staff. Bring back the Papa Burger !

The crew that was working on Halloween night all deserve raises. I understand that stores get backed up especially on really busy nights. I didn’t mind waiting but there was some really awful customers in the store that have never had to wait for anything in their lives. I appreciate the crew so much and know how hard it is to work with the general public. They are really rockstars and handled it very well. They deserve some praise and a raise.
