I have given this place SOO many chances and they do not fail at messing up. The food is amazing IF you eat in. Take out, meh, there is a 10/10 chance they WILL mess up. I have called and got told a million times. Been told I would get a refund for the missed food and that has NEVER happened. So disappointing because I want to like this place. After 5 chances and they continue to not care and mess up I am no longer willing to waste my time or money on them. Better off with OK food and better service at another place. Pattie Shack is dead to me and all my staff.

I’ve gotten takeout here quite a few times and it’s always a hit! Their smash burgers are the best and I usually get the classic, the size is perfect for me where I don’t feel overstuffed trying to finish it. I think the price point is great, my burger with fries came out to around $10 which is a deal when dining in Plymouth. I will be back!

If you like a good thin patty burger, check this place out. The burgers are not huge, the are actually the right size, I'd describe them as smash patties. The bacon on the burgers is not that floppy fatty stuff, it has a crunch to it. The shakes, well, this ain't McDonald's. Fast good food.

Wow, I have not had a burger that delicious in a VERY long time. I got takeout and it was amazing, the bun melts in your mouth. The price is also very reasonable because your burger comes with fries. YUM!

Awesome burger and MORE place!!!The food is delicious. Very delicious!!We had...Shrimp Tacos, a G O M Smash*, Onion Strings, and a basket of PS Fries.The Shrimp Tacos were stuffed with fresh shrimp. The order of 3 were great and filling. (One came home)*The GOM is for Gorgonzola, with sautéed Onions, and Mushrooms.The PS Fries, and Onion Strings were crisp and sweet.I live 45 miles away, and I want to drive back NOW.SO, SO GOODParking: Street parking, and a lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very handicap accessible.

Stopped in on a weekend afternoon with a craving for a burger, and Pattie Shack did not disappoint! Hubs had the Fenway burger and moaned on first bite. It was deliciously messy - ordered w gorgonzola instead of cheddar. I had the Classic Shack, which was incredibly juicy and meaty for a smashed burger. The veg ingredients were very fresh, and the bun was griddled to perfection. Next time I'll opt for the double, bc the beef is just that good. We also shared the birria fries, which tasted as fresh as they looked. I would have maybe liked a little bit of birria broth/dip on the side, but they were quite good. Loved that they have Dr Pepper as a soda choice, and we'll have to try the milkshakes next time! As for service, the staff was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back with the family.
