Let the children use a bathroom if you are going to run a restaurant.

Came in out of the rain for lunch. Only 3 small tables, all taken. Tried to order food, counter person didn't understand very well, but got an order in. $80 for 2 lunch entrees. They DO NOT take credit cards. Wife wanted to use bathroom - out of order...no running water. (Thought you couldn't have a restaurant with no bathroom or running water?) An $80 lunch, no table, no bathroom, no credit cards? I canceled order before he even put it in, and went to a real restaurant across the street. Lots of choices in area. I do not recommend Pebbles.

We stopped upon a recommendation from the girls across on the docks, we wanted to take a fairy cruise so we had a 1hr to spare, but a hour can fly by so we figure "Pebbles" sounded ok but after ordering and receiving our food at a tab of 96.38$ our food was nothing but disappointing. 2 kid chicken strip meals, 1clam roll and a 1 scallop meal, was nothing but sandy or over cooked and very shy from been considered sides. I would def not recommend this place.

Pebbles was much better before the new ownership a few years ago. Prices have steadily risen and they still only accept cash. Not worth the cost when there are so many other good places around. I give it 3 stars for the location, but there’s nothing worth the money here.
Great views of the sea from the dock!! Stopped by real quick for a drink and some fries!

Large group from Panama City FL, the food was Amazing! The Milk shake according to my 12 yr old expert was the best he ever had! Staff were friendly, attentive and the food was Delicious.

15$ for mozzarella sticks without any cheese in them, and it took forever for them to actually get our fries. Bad service for a nearly empty restaurant, but you get to eat by the ocean. Also the mozzarella sticks were just bland.

On a warm day in Plymouth, Pebbles made for a great ice cream stop. Admittedly, there is much more to the menu than that, but it was the middle of the afternoon so ice cream it was. The place has the atmosphere of a summer resort where everyone is friendly and it's just a short walk to grab a bite. I'd go back to try other flavors next time I'm in Plymouth.
