Our drinks were terrible we got the sand in our shorts they tasted like watered down juice my daughter got a burger that was sup to have blue cheese crumbles it came with blu cheese dressing she sent it back for them to just put crumbles on it they left the dressing on it my burger was sup to be med it was well done and Luke warm worst red Robin ive ever been to it was the one in Kingston the service was great ttho

We had a work fundraiser through Red Robin, and it was awesome. 20% back to Reach Inc. The manager Hanna and her team did an amazing job. The food was delicious and on time.

Okay joint to eat, basically just half decent diner food. My problem is the place is dirty. They do not wipe down tables enough, and reuse dirty cloths they’ve been using all day. The tablet screens with games for kids, filthy. Couldn’t even touch it. Covered in stickiness. DO BETTER. Table had crumbs and spills/sticky, underneath was disgusting, condiments on table had smears and crap stuck on them. After eating there and being completely fine before hand, my family and I now are all sick with a chest infection. That night specifically was a family night clearly, it was all little kids and families. They only had about 7 tables even being used, yet everything was still dirty. There was no dinner rush, so why was it so filthy? Spoke with manager just now on the phone, she said herself she’s “on them about cleaning better and reminds them.” I said this is common sense and you and your staff need to be up to code for health reasons, they shouldn’t need constant reminders. She said “I know, I know, I’m sorry.” Ridiculous.
We've always liked the onion rings and the burgers at Red Robin but they have really gone downhill. Not many people in the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night and the service was still slow. The chicken fingers were very greasy and not very tasty and the burger was cooked too well done. The bottomless fries are never fresh. I think they must keep a lot of them under a heat lamp in case people ask for refills

I haven’t been to a Red Robin in a while. Visited tonight and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the new item Bacon N Blue burger. It was a great burger. What I liked best was the fact that it was easy to manage, meaning I could pick it up with two hands and eat it without it falling apart even though it had extra ingredients on it. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Sweet potato fries excellent as well. My dining companion ordered the jalapeño burger which was also delicious. Our server Emily was so sweet and provided outstanding service. I will be back.

It has really gone down hill here. This last visit will probably be our last and im disappointed because we used to love coming here. The food was cold and was missing things on it. All i could hear was complaining the whole time for multiple staff members and I understand it can be hard days or bad days but the amount of complaining was insane. Our waiter was no where to be found half the time and she definitely was having a off day so our service was not the best. Again people have bad days. The food was the biggest reason though we will not be back. It came out cold, missing items on it, seemed rushed and overall was no good. I couldnt even eat my meal. Very very disappointed 😞 I was also shocked to see how much things were not which I know things are expensive but the food was not good enough to be spending that much out. This was my birthday dinner too and im also sad they got rid of free burger on birthdays.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Red Robin in Plymouth. They went above and beyond to support our local community by showing up at a Shred and Sizzle skatepark event with burgers, lemonade, and even the Red Robin mascot for photos with the kids. It wasn’t just about the food (which was delicious, of course) it was about the generosity, kindness, and genuine effort to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Their team brought so much joy to families and made the night unforgettable. If you’re looking to support a business that gives back, it’s Red Robin of Plymouth.
