Decent service, burgers are always good, sides are ok, sometimes salad is brown or fries are cold. Definitely a go to if you want a good meal at good price, especially late night

Waitress, was awesome (Kelly?Kiley?) We had an issue with the croissant sandwich. We just wanted her to know it was “hard” . She offered to change it…. No, we just wanted the kitchen to know. Then the Manager ,Eddy, came and apologized and wanted to make sure we were ok, he would give us another meal… Mo, not what we wanted! We were once waitresses and wanted kitchen to know… that’s all🤗
Eddy gave us a break and checked on us several times.
Bravo to server & management!

Food is great - Service was great
It was busier on a Friday night but no wait and wasn't too loud.
Great for family dine-out.
Bathrooms could be a little better maintained and stocked.

If you want raw hamburger then this is the place for you. After eating here over the years I've had okay burgers but after the last 2 times being raw I had enough. If they can't cook a burger correctly at a resutrant specializing in burgers then maybe they shouldn't be cooking.

As someone with celiac I was really happy with their gluten free burgers, you just have to navigate the menue on your own which can be confusing . I was not sick afterwards and had one of the best burgers I've have in years.

Came here 2 days before Christmas and it really didn’t look to busy we were seated at a higher table which my kids were a little uncomfortable we then asked to move to a different table I guess they didn’t have much seating for a family of 6…. We then had to sit at separate tables which was odd. We waited about 45 mins for our food to come cold and my husbands chicken tenders were hard. Honestly not a fan and probably won’t be going back.

We had burgers, did not realize the fries were unlimited till the wait staff brought more. The burger was tasty, the service was great, and we ate outside on the patio, so our view was of a parking lot. Going back again.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Gary at the bar was basically running the joint. He's literally the best, coming back just to see the best bartender on the East Coast!

Good place overall but my burger I got tasted like an overpriced Wendy's burger, should've just went and got a biggie bag. However the cheese curls were gone in an instant

I was on my way to Marshfield to pick up a cake and saw the highway signs for Red Robin, so I stopped in. Hopeful that it would be good because the ones near me aren't, I ordered my birthday burger and a sunrise lemonade (had to spend $5 the burger is no longer "free") . The hostess who took my order was very nice and the food came out quickly. I ordered the Southern Charm burger, my first time trying it, was excited for the "brown sugar glazed patty" with the bacon and BBQ sauce; I was ready to go on a flavor adventure.
I finally get home, have my fries and go to break into the burger. My first bite was met with a raw patty, no BBQ sauce, and a plain burger. I tried adding other toppings to it to get past the raw patty but I just couldn't do it. I'm so disappointed because I thought a new location would be different than the disappointments in Foxboro and Warwick (the best out of them all) but it's just the same.
I'm so upset I wasted my birthday burger coupon on something I can't even eat. I would have gotten a tavern burger since this no pink thing doesn't happen, but I figured I'd take a chance with something fun. Not fun and a waste of my money.

I thought we had a lovely waitress at 1st. I ordered the sundae for my child. It came out as a milkshake, yes he was happy but. My husband and I wanted 2 drafts of Heineken. We were told they didn't have it, after waiting for I'd say 20 minutes. We got bottles instead. 1st strike.
We questioned the waitress because I legit pointed to the menu and ordered a Sundae and she was confused.
Two strikes.
3rd strike is when we received our order of a kids meal to go. A handful of fries IF that! Our son was looking forward to have more fries than the burger.
We paid $30.00 with tip and really?
You give unlimited fries and sides to people dining in. Why wouldn't you make it a point to make us come back?
